Great Question. 

If you had only subcision, you should be able to have a peel quicker than if you had microneedling and subcision.  I typically like to wait 2-4 weeks. Its best to follow up and see if your skin is ready. 

Yes, the Aerolase Lightpod Neo is effective in treating nail fungus. Patients in my practice are pleased with the results. Depending on the severity it will take on average 3 treatments spaced every 2-4 weeks. It is essentially pain free. 

It is much easier than taking medications everyday. 

The EMSculpt has 2 different protocols, one for the Abs and the other for the Buttocks. When one receives treatment for the abs, fat is lost and muscle is built.  For the buttocks muscle is built, and there is little fat loss. However, I have seen quite the cellulite reduction for patients on their buttocks. Patients have been pleased.  

In my practice the only side effect reported is minimum soreness that patients has described in positive manner. Patients tell me thats its very rewarding and everything feels tighter. They also described it to to feeling similar to doing an great workout. I have had 0 complaints. Patients have also reported that their lower back pain or sciatica have improved. Per the studies, Ideal candidates have a BMI around 30. (because you will get more dramatic results). What really matters is how much abdominal fat is present as many muscular patients have higher BMIs

Great Question.. In my experience, the EMSculpt procedure is pain free for one that has worked out before. For those who haven't- there maybe minor soreness.  Essentially- It is pain free during and after. 

During the procedure...

     The sensation is similar to flexing your Abs tight . Like you would in front of a mirror or when somebody is going to poke your belly.  The amazing part is that its all involuntary (the machine flexes for you)!   There are different patterns during your session. There is no physical pain from the device, it just feels like there is a paddle on you. 

After the procedure...

     It feels like you had a great workout the day before. Above doing nothing, and below overtraining. You will be able to function. Its motivating.
