I was very nervous about the surgery. I was also not sure of what to expect and what my best options were for my particular concerns. I am already back to work after day 6 and never felt more than a tiny bit of uncomfort. I am recommending Dr Russell and his team to everyone I know and meet. His knowledge and caring manner are impeccable. I am already impressed with my results.

I had a facelift and neck lift by Dr Russell at the beginning of September. I am thrilled with the results. Still have some minor expected swelling and numbness- but the change in my appearance is beyond what I expected. I have always had severe double chin and neck and it is GONE!

I had a great experience at Heartland Plastic Surgery in Springfield, Illinois. Dr. Russell and staff are very knowledgeable and immediately put me at ease from the first consultation, through surgery, and through the follow up. I was nervous about getting a tummy tuck, but I am 100% glad I did it, and plan to return to Dr. Russell for future procedures.

I had a mini facelift done in March 2021 and I couldn't be happier!! I'm 46 years old but was becoming very unsatisfied with my jowls. I had tried thread lifts (2 of them for a total of 1,600.00) and a neferiti lift (500.00) which provided zero improvement. The first picture is my after and the second is my before. My jowls are completely gone and I feel like I have my younger face back!! Total cost was 6,200.00.

I have hoped and waited for almost 30 years to have a Rhinoplasty procedure. When the opportunity finally arose to make this major change, I did extensive research of plastic surgeons in the central Illinois area. Dr. Russell seemed to be the perfect choice for my surgery. I am so thankful that he was the choice I made for my procedure. He is an incredibly skilled surgeon who did a fantastic job and surpassed my expectations for a final result. My procedure happened on a Wednesday morning. On Sunday following the procedure I had a concern that I was not comfortable waiting until Monday to have answered. His after hours response team assisted me with reaching him to answer my question to quickly resolve my concern. His kind and caring demeanor made for a pleasant experience. If needed for any other areas of his expertise, he would be my first choice again without a doubt. Extremely happy client!

Dr Russell has an excellent bedside manor. He has been a board certified plastic surgeon for many years. I lost 120 lbs and needed extra skin taken off. He performed a Spiral 360 on me which is a tummy tuck, butt lift and we added a thigh lift. He truly takes care of his patients. I highly recommend him. Initially, I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Russel for otoplasty. After my first visit I felt so comfortable with him and the staff that I decided to also get a breast augmentation that I had been contemplating for a while. I had several appointments before my surgery where my cosmetic desires and procedure were discussed. The plans for my surgery, payments, recovery, etc. were very organized and communicated with me from the beginning. I had a great experience on the day of my surgery and had several follow up appointments to make sure I was healing well. I’m so happy with my results for my ears and breasts! Everything I expressed that I wanted I got and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Russell is an amazing skilled surgeon whom has a wonderful bedside manner and skilled hands! He makes you feel completely at ease and safe! His nurse Liz is also amazing and is always making sure your needs and wants are met!
