I just had this procedure 8 hours ago with Dr Mehta in San Diego. So far so good. I will post my pre-op pictures when I get them from the office! Heres me this last week though and today. No pain, no anything...yet! Already am please with the result...well what I can see! I will post progress pictures to assist others. I went into this fairly healthy and am hoping to have minimal downtime and pain! Updated on 18 Aug 2015: I teach exercise and I told everyone at my studio about my procedure...but today I put cover up on and blush and lipstick...I cant put anything on the incision of course. You can absolutely achieve a more symmetric, feminine nose with a well performed rhinoplasty. Trauma to the nose is quite common and can result in external asymmetry as well as internal nasal obstruction from a deviated septum. It is important to address both functional (breathing) and cosmetic concerns when considering rhinoplasty. For someone in your situation, significant improvement in the appearance as well as function of the nose can be achieved with a well planned and executed rhinoplasty.
