You need root canals on all of the teeth i would never put bridge especially ear to ear without nerve removed.
You may need to go to a lab and custom shade the crown and the dentist will have to tell lab to add opaque layer
Yes it's normal because teeth are dead. They had pulpotomies right ? But to know for sure see a dentist have X-rays done
The odor comes from food getting caught between teeth. May be you have an open contact thats when teeth don't touch or floss goes in freely. I would either change crowns if that's the case or at least see your dentist
You can make you lips bigger with fillers like juviderm or enhance the lip outline. I would try that first before going under a knife
