26 y/o, no kids, went from 32H to C/D cup - I'm already really happy with how they look!

I am currently 5 days post op and so happy with the results! Will detail the whole process because I found it so helpful when I was researching this. For background, 26 years old, no kids and not planning to have any. 179cm tall and 90kgs, I'm not exactly at my goal weight but I've maintained this for a few years now and was told minor weight loss would be okay. I went to two different consults and decided on Dr Theile as he came recommended by my GP and some friends that work in medicine. He was so informative and friendly, it really put me at ease. I didn't have anything exact in mind, which from the first consult seems to be the best way to go. However Dr Theile insisted that they would be as even as possible and in proportion to my body. I think I called the next day to make a booking and we went with day surgery since I don't have private health. I received emails in the lead up with the documentation and info that I needed to provide. I had a few questions in the lead up, most I found answers to through online communities but when I did call it was no issue. Surgery day! All the staff were wonderful, down to the nurses and anaesthetist. Everyone made sure I was comfortable and well informed ahead of surgery. Dr Theile came in and we discussed going down to a full C/D. He did say a C might be too small for my body. Post Op and I'm already really happy with how they look! I'm trying not to get too attached to how lifted and full they are because I know they drop, but seeing where everything is sitting and how it's been done I think I'll love it even when they drop. Updated on 25 Oct 2021: Posting updates of my early days post op to show the swelling/bruising. I kinda miss the look of the swelling but always knew they weren't going to stay this perky! Definitely don't miss the bruising. Around the 1-2 week mark was when it hit it's worst. Noting early that when I had the drains removed I had a lot less fluid drain from my left side. This has been an going thing. Wouldn't call it an issue because it's completely normal however it has meant that my left side has healed much slower. Updated on 26 Oct 2021: Some photos from my 6 week check up. Around week 4/5 I developed a really hard lump on my left side. You'll notice it looks more 'square' than the other breast and the bruising lingered much longer. Totally normal, it's just the fluid build up not draining fast enough and becoming quite hard. Felt like nothing was changing but looking back a few weeks later I realise I have definitely made progress, just have to be patient! This is also the check up where I could finally stop taping and I've have been applying silicone gel ever since to help with the wounds/scarring. Doctor Theile did mention the scarring is better than average which is just luck but I'm happy to hear it. Updated on 26 Oct 2021: I'm just over 11 weeks and coming into Australian summer I'm already very grateful for this procedure! I'm mostly using gel every day/twice a day but I'm a little slack sometimes. Scarring is coming along really well although still slow on my side/under my arms. I was worried that the skin had folded over a little in the centre of my chest however this seems to be a result of the taping because as the wounds close up its settling fine. Ignore the bumpy lines, I took the photos after just waking up. Finally starting to lie on my stomach for short periods. Won't let me add photos due to file size even though it's below so I'll have to edit this soon.
