Sub-pectoral Rotation - Anatomical Implant

Hi there, so i recently experienced rotation of my left breast. i had 250cc's anatomical implants fitted in feb 2017. (LOVE THEM). im very thin and had little to no breast tissue to begin with so this was the largest size my surgeon felt comfortable fitting for me. I met my surgeon so he could examine them again, post rotation. i had managed to massage it back into place so the aesthetic of the breast looked normal again, and i was in no pain. he has referred me to get an ultra sound to check on the health of the implant so we can find out the reason for the cause of rotation. after that we will go from there to decide upon what steps to take next. since i saw him, the implant had rotated again, though similarly, i massaged it back into place. i just want some advice on what to expect, what may have happened, and if so - what might happen next in terms of correction/revision. should i swap BOTH to round ones to prevent future rotation? should i get a slightly bigger implant to replace it in the hopes that it might prevent the rotation? i just feel a little in limbo, and unsettled due to my lack of knowledge on the subject. any advice or heads up greatly appreciated :) cheers
