I had a botched inner and outer thigh liposuction in 2019. I was left with divots, lumpiness and skin discoloration. In 2020 I had a revision surgery with fat transfer and in 2021 an additional fat transfer procedure. After all that, there are still lots of small imperfections I would like to have corrected. I don't want any more liposuction. I've reached the conclusion that it is a faulty treatment and it should not be offered at all as the outcome is subpar in the hands of the best surgeons. I researched a solution for many months before deciding to try Renuva. Dr. Schultz attempted 2 areas which were partially corrected. I am pleased with the results after only 1 treatment. Looking forward to the 2nd one in a couple of months. It's been only 9 weeks since my initial one. I will update again once I get the next round of injections.
Extremely Happy! My first experience with Botox at 66, I was a tad nervous, but Dr Schultz & his staff made me feel very comfortable. They explained exactly what was happening and what I would feel. I had my 11's and forehead done & I am so happy with the results, I will definitely do it again. I highly recommend Dr. Schultz, he is very patient, kind & caring.
Dr. Schultz was incredible. I was nervous about getting Botox for the first time. He showed me everything and explained exactly what he was going to do. He didn't pressure me into do more than I needed and had great beside manner. Anyone who is looking to try Botox for the first time or even if you have had a bad experience and want to try again, come to Dr. Schultz! It was well worth the drive from Rochester, and there are plenty of places I could have gone locally, but Dr. Schultz is the best!
Looked into having breast reduction for many years. Due to having more health issues 2016 was the year to get it done. I met another physician who dismissed me from the get go -- & recommended me to lose about 100 pounds in less than 6mos [unhealthy & unrealistic]. Dr. Schultz & his entire staff is VERY kind ... they're understanding how difficult it is & they are there to help you through the entire process.
My personal experience has been awesome! He is kind and gentle. Gives his honest opinion as far as what is appropriate for your body style. Surgery went smoothly. My breast augmentation went great. Minimum pain. Which was key to going home to four kids. I will be having further surgery with him. Appointments are flexible. His nurse Michelle is very caring. She gives you her undivided attention.
I got a breast reduction in Buffalo, NY by Dr. Raymond Schultz on 2/14/17. I was a 38J and had 700 grams removed from each breast. I am super happy! I am almost a month out and everything is healing up well and I'm feeling pretty good! My breasts are starting to settle into shape. They look amazing! I have feeling in both my nipples so far which is good. Dr. Schulz did an amazing job. He is very knowledgeable and personable and makes the process a breeze. He does have you stay 23 hours in the hospital. I was dreading it at first but looking back, I'm happy about it. It helped a lot with pain management. Plus, his surgical team checked on me several times. It was nice to be able to see him the next morning and to be able to get that re-assurance that everything was going well. Instead of traditional drains, he used pico devices that used negative pressure (vacuum) on my wounds which was nice in terms of just not having to deal with traditional drains. In terms of life improvement, my neck and my back have improved so much! I feel better in a lot of ways so I am excited to continue to heal and enjoy the fact that my breasts are no longer the center of attention!
I am still in the process of reconstructing my breasts due to the double mastectomy. I currently have chest expanders in place which are fully filled. I have a surgery date for December to remove the chest expanders and to have my permanent implants placed. Once this procedure is successfully completed I will either have Dr. Schultz surgically create nipples on my breasts or have his assistant tattoo areolas on to my reconstructed breasts.
After I was diagnosed with breast cancer, I researched as to what plastic surgeon was the best! I spoke to many women in the area and by far Dr. Raymond Schultz's name kept coming up! I made an appointment with him, and oh by the way they got me in very quick and his staff in the office and the nurses made me feel comfortable from the beginning. I met with Dr. Schultz and he clearly and professionally explained my procedure to me. Three weeks later I underwent a double mastectomy and had spacers put in. Dr. Schultz filled the expanders during weekly appointments where he continued to communicate my progress with me. I had the exchange, nipples built and am over a year out of this experience cancer free. I believe that Dr. Schultz's continued treatment has not only made me feel like a human being again but DAMN......... I look good!!! He not only treated my medical condition but he and his staff always make me feel like I am part of their office family. I will complete my reconstruction and be happy to post pictures when done. I listened to what Dr. Schultz suggested and am virtually scar free. Not only would I recommend him medically and surgically but I would also recommend him for his ability to truly care for his patients.
I have been treated by Dr. Schultz for the 20 months because I have breast cancer, and had a double mastectomy. He is the most caring doctor I have ever met! Very concerned about my felling and looks ! I look GREAT because of him !! Thank you Dr. Schultz you do great work for women ! God has blessed you with a great talent!!
Nothing can replace what a woman loses while going through breast cancer, its more than just her breasts. Having Dr. Schultz and his staff take such good care of me is beyond words. I am a complicated patient with many issues. They listened, planned, took action and most of all cared about the entire picture, not just my chest. It takes a minute to get to digest what is happening and everybody there knows that and respects it. I asked hundreds of questions during my care. They answered them. I had high expectations, they met them. This is the guy you want to be doing your re-construction. I have heard so many stories from friends who started somewhere else and ended up here. My advice, start with the best and get the best! I was given an opportunity to check out others, I chose to stay with doc and never looked back. So glad I did!
With medical tourism increasing in popularity, patients should exercise extreme caution when choosing to leave the country for their surgery. Quite often, our office receives calls from patients who have surgery outside of the country and now suffer from a complication. It may be very difficult to find a doctor stateside to provide follow-up care. While most tummy tucks go uncomplicated, I have experience with at least two disasters treated in the Dominican Republic. That being said, the first week following an abdominoplasty is usually the worst. Most patients are certainly functioning at three weeks' out and within six to eight weeks you should be feeling normal. While it will take some time for the scar to settle down, you should see results immediately. If liposuction was added, it will take longer, perhaps up to three months for the final result to become apparent.
Based upon the photographs you have provided, a 600-700 gram breast reduction would remove approximately one-third to one-half of the breast. This would most likely leave you in a C-D cup range. Most of your tissue needs to be removed from the outside of the breast, which would leave you with the desired fullness in the middle, cleavage area.
