 You mentioned  you have Lichen planus, So i recommend that you make an appointment with your gynecologist to have a full consult.  He or she can then look during an exam for lesions and if need be a biopsy can be ordered.   Lichen Planus can cause many changes to the vagina that may result in dryness and/ or painful intercourse.  However, often that can generally be treated with topical steroids.

The frames sometimes due leave a slight or faint mark because of the  pillowing effect.  The Pillowing support  to have a good application of the laser.  The faint mark is not permanent and should go away within a few days.  

You can lose up to 24% of the fat with Sculpsure laser.  This laser is non invasive and therefore requires time to injure then destroy the targeted fat cells.  The fat cells then drain through the body's lymphatic (drainage system).
