A treatment you could try would be a cosmetic laser that addresses pigment issues. A Max G laser treatment would help to diminish the brown pigment that you are wanting to get rid of.

Some great treatments to consider for texture or rough skin would be laser resurfacing, these can address texture and pigment such as red or brown spots in the skin. Another great treatment option would be SkinPen microneedling, this treatment would help with scarring and texture.

I would recommend making an appointment to see a dermatologist, to better assess this spot of concern. They will be able to give you the best course of treatment to minimize scarring.

We do not reuse our Vivace tips and dispose of them after each treatment. We want to ensure the needles are sterile and sharp for each treatment. We will, however, continue to use the tip if treating more than one area on a patient in the same treatment session.

Kybella is only FDA approved to treat submental fat (fat beneath the chin). The area that you are interested in treating would not be FDA approved.
