I had a very positive experience with Dr. Tripathi and his team. He is a kind doctor, and I felt he genuinely cared about the outcome of my surgery.

I had an upper/lower blepharoplasty and a lip lift, and the results turned out great! I really appreciated the many follow-up visits and the extra treatments he provided, like laser work for my scars, to make sure I healed well. He was also available when questions/concerns/emergencies came up and was always quick to respond, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. His staff was wonderful and helped make the whole process go smoothly.

If you are considering plastic surgery, I would recommend Dr. Tripathi. He does great work and goes the extra mile for his patients.

I have been going to see Dr. Prem for several different procedures (non surgical yet) and I can’t say enough about the welcoming atmosphere he has created in his office r along with his staff! I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. Tripathi! After years of trying lasers and treatments with two dermatologists and multiple laser spas (which only made my hyperpigmentation worse), I was hesitant to try anything else. I had no idea plastic surgeons even offered laser treatments, but Dr. Tripathi is in a league of his own. He carefully examined my skin, listened to my concerns, and created a personalized plan that actually worked.

Dr. T preformed a skin pinch under my eyes and just two sessions of lasers and my skin has never looked better! The extra skin/wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, fine lines, and texture issues I thought I'd have to live with are literally gone. People now compliment my skin daily—something I never thought would happen! He even included skin-tightening in the treatment, and I genuinely feel like I look years younger.

Dr. Tripathi is incredibly knowledgeable, kind as can be, and has access to what seems like hundreds of lasers and tools to truly customize the best solution for your skin. I only wish I had found him sooner! If you're looking for real results, don't waste your time elsewhere. Dr. Tripathi is the absolute best!

Full disclaimer.. this will a long post, if in a rush stick to bullet points and come back to read the details.
1. NOT YOUR ONE SHOE FIT ALL MEDSPA
If you are NOT looking for a personal and professional approach from an expert in his craft that will give a tailored plan to address your concerns with your end goal in mind but to be constantly in a dog and pony show of what’s the latest trend on social media, then this is not a place for you.
At Dr. Tripathi’s practice your only job is to talk freely about what bothers you and your desired end result,let him do his thing, let him take it from there and the results will more likely be better than you would have imagined to begin with.
He is not running a non profit organization and has bills to pay like all of us however as mentioned above we just have to be super transparent with him and we will get the plan that caters to us economically, physically and mentally.. as I said not one shoe fits all approach.
2.PERFECT MIX OF COURAGE AND INTEGRITY
With the knowledge he has learned and gained over years, technology at his disposal and pool of vulnerable patients, Dr. Tripathi has mastered the ethical responsibility and approach of telling patients NO when they don’t need a procedure.I went to him for three things, he told me no for two of them and only performed rhinoplasty, same for skincare routine.
Not a principal that I have found commonly in most skin care professionals and plastic surgeons.
3.ATTENTION TO DETAILS
I am yet to find his secret of remembering minute details about his patients, their procedures, follow ups.. you name it. I was amazed that he had remembered everything we have ever talked about in the consultations, pre-op appointments the morning of my surgery without any notes. I wasn’t t nervous at all for my surgery but I let it go even the last shred of it the moment he told me four things he had in mind based on what he was putting together over the weekend and that matched exactly what I wanted to tell him one more time before the surgery and guess what I didn’t as I didn’t had
to.
4. TREATMENT LIKE YOU ARE HIS FAMILY MEMBER
I am not speaking of CORPORATE-We are a family BS, not just Dr. Tripathi but the practice he has built is an epitome of a culture that exudes empathy, care, compassion and respect. I was provided Dr’s number on my file after my surgery which I did not feel the need to use first couple of days as his team was already on top of everything and I knew they were literally a call or a text away, so on third day I got a text from
Dr. Tripathi himself giving me his number and lord knows have I abused that, but when he says he is available and each out anytime he means every word. We underestimate the mental stress that uncertainty or lack of knowledge of what to do, knowing that you will be listened and answered by your doctor takes that stress out of equation and you can focus on recovery solely because he will take care of you.
5. RESULTS
I am an out of state patient and went to Dr. Tripathi for Rhinoplasty. I was a classic case of Bulbous nose tip and I am being liberal using the word “tip” as it never existed. Post surgery one week is too soon to tell but from the pictures I requested him to take post op… did not know those results were possible, he might be a magician with both science and art at his disposal .
I have also had some skin care procedures with Dr. Tripathi, the results were phenomenal, two more sessions to go so only uphill from here.
The man thrives and drives for results, he has put such a labor of love, art, his heart mind and soul into my procedures that at this point of time I am not concerned about me I am worried about letting him down.
We need more doctors, people and experts like him in our society.

For some time now, I have been going to Silhouette Aesthetics and have used a number of services. Most recently, I had a lower and upper face lift and with Dr Tripathi. I am happy with a more youthful look and appreciative of the skills and good care from Dr. Tripathi.

A Rhinoplasty has been something I’ve always wanted but have been too nervous to actually do. I am so grateful for finding Dr.Tripathi From the beginning, I felt very comfortable and knew he had my best interest which is what made the decision so easy. As far as the surgery itself, Dr.Tripathi did an amazing job and the recovery went by so smooth. I wanted to go for a very natural look and I can easily say the results exceeded my expectations.I had very minimal to no bruising at all and the majority of my swelling went down within 3-4 weeks. The entire staff also did an amazing job keeping me calm and making sure I knew everything was going to be okay. I am beyond happy with my nose and I couldn’t thank Dr.Tripathi enough.

I discovered Dr. Prem Tripathi through Tiktock after searching video reviews of doctors in my area who do a procedure I was interested in. After a few consultations with other doctors, I chose Dr. Prem because he really put my mind at ease and took the time to answer any and all questions I had. I am so happy I chose his practice! The staff are incredible and I felt truly valued as a patient. Dr. Prem has an excellent “bedside manner” which is great for anyone that is anxious getting a procedure.

Needless to say the procedure exceeded all my expectations, and the results are better than I could have imagined. A big thank you to Dr. Prem and his amazing staff and the incredible work they did in all aspects of the process. I will be sure to go back to Dr. Prem for any future procedures as they are by far the best experience I ever had!

I found Dr. Tripathi on Instagram through a friend and decided to try out my first neurotoxin! I'm 26 and wanted to get started on a preventative plan to minimize beginning signs of aging. I visited his private practice for a consultation and he was GREAT! We had a thorough consultation in which he provided me with a curated treatment plan with Botox and skin care. He was extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer any and all of my questions without a sense of being rushed. I'm already noticing drastic improvements in my skin texture, I'm very excited to continue on with him!
