I think some of the things that you might be noticing is that your chin looks a little prominent and it looks a little bit more full in between your lips and Chin area that might give you that masculine look. You can do a chin reduction to feminize that part of your face and I couldn make a big impact on the rest your face is well. I think possibly you can also do slight changes to your nose to make it feminine as well probably more rotation is what I see

Based on looking at your pictures I think what stands out to me is your chin and the Highlight that it brings to your face. I think a chin reduction would obviously be one thing that would markedly feminize your face. Although I can't see your full face in its entirety, I get a sense that your upper lip maybe a little long from the bottom of your nose to the top of your lip and reducing this could markedly feminize your face is well. For your masculine part of your jaw you can get a jaw reduction. You should know that this procedure is quite invasive. The other way would be to balance it out by adding volume to the other side of your jaw in addition. I think that you could add volume to your cheeks in the front of your cheeks as well and this could help make your face look more v shaped

I feel like my face is very masculine & kind of smooshed together. I think in the picture your nose still looks on the larger side and that if it were smaller it could feminize your face. Also I think your chin is on the shorter side. Making it a little longer could make your whole face look slimmer. Lip augmentation can help alot to feminize and beautify your looks as well. I think what you could do to make your face look more feminine is probably start with a rhinoplasty I think maybe if it was smaller it would make you look more feminine. Out of all the things you can do I think lip augmentation can make you look more feminine by making your upper and lower lips bigger. I think also maybe your eyebrows if you change the eyebrows a little bit it would help and that you could just improved through waxing but having it go higher at the end would help you. You can even get some fillers in the central part of your forehead to bring more attention to your eyes I think also if you had some more cheek augmentation and push your cheeks out it would help as well. I would need to see a side profile to see if chin reduction would help as well.

Male-to-female transition how can I achieve this result of this transgender woman. That picture sort of looks like you. Based on looking at your photos I think to change your feminize your face you would need some volumizing in the temple area as well as your cheek area . You can also benefit from some brow bone reduction and maybe a little bit elevation of your eyebrows to feminize your face I think so those are some of the main points. I would also augment your lips and mainly your upper lips mostly. I would have to see a side profile to determine if a chin reduction could help.

Micro-needling with a 2 millimeter dermatend and can it cause scarring... Definitely it can. I just recently treated someone who had scars that were from micro-needling. She has these little bumps and scars that she didn't have before. So I treated this for her and she's doing much better and she's really happy with the results. So be very careful of micro needling you can definitely get scars and it doesn't necessarily improve your scars that you already have in my experience. We have a 5-7 step process that treats all types of acne scars in about 2hours with just one treatment!

Facial feminization for a female with a flat forehead, wide face strange hairline and an overbite. Based on looking at your pictures I think you can benefit from a rhinoplasty as well as a chin implant for your forehead you can consider filling the center part of your forehead. Hairline lowering and rhinoplasty for facial feminization. I think your hairline is really high and hairline lowering wouldn't change that to a degree that would help significantly. I think you need some hair grafting to fill in that area but you might be better off just wearing a wig as an option not to say that's the best option. I think that your upper lip length can be shortened and that can really feminize your face. I think that making your lips overall bigger with them and as your face as well. What stands out to me is your chin. I think some chin reduction could really feminize your face. A rhinoplasty could help and I would make your tip the size of the iris. How to feminize my face even though I am a girl. Based on your how you look I think that your eyebrows are down sloping on the sides I think would be important to raise the sides of your eyebrows up to give you more of a feminine look. In addition your eyebrow height to your eyelid margin is low which gives you more of a masculine look. I think browlift would help feminize your upper eye area. In addition I think your lip length from your nose to your upper lip is long, it should be about the width of your iris based on my theory on beauty. And yes I think a rhinoplasty would help and the goal is to get your tip the same size as your iris. Also I think your cheeks are needing some anterior projection to make your face look smaller
