So so happy with my results! He's very professional. He and his nurse, Kourtney. I had lipo with fat transfer and a mid facelift. His bedside manner was kind and warm. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process.

I met Dr. Critelli in 2016 when he worked in Denton / Flower Mound. My results from my first bbl with him were phenomenal. He transferred 1200cc to each side. In the past year I decided to gain 30 pounds and I went for round 2 to give myself more projection in the back. He transferred around 750cc this time and really listened and gave me the exact shape I was asking for. He also did a little bit of lipo under my chin / jawline and I still have swelling and it already looks 1000% better. I’m ecstatic with the results. I recommend him highly. He’s a great surgeon with outstanding prices.

Great Physician!! I got my cosmetic procedure done by him on 11/30 and I love my results so far even though I am still in the healing process. I was introduced to him by the Physician I currently work for and I am happy I got to meet him and currently do some work for him. I recommend him to anybody who is trying to get some cosmetic work done.

Dr Critelli and his staff have given me excellent service and I am more than pleased with the outcome of my surgery. This was my 8th breast surgery in 6 years and 1st with Dr Critelli. It was a difficult fix due to previous complications, but he did an amazing job!! His nurse Jana is top-knotch and so helpful. I also had some broad band laser facials done with Cindy and my skin has never looked better! I have had a total 4 breast/plastic/reconstructive surgeons and Dr Critelli has been the best. He was open and honest with me explaining the difficulty of the procedure. He wanted to research more about some options of using donor tissue to reinforce the separation. He corrected my symmastia (post diep-flap, with pectus excavatum on right side) which was not an easy thing. Finally, after 7 years of being cancer free, I feel like I'm whole again. I can finally proceed with my Nipple tattooing and move on with my life. However, if I ever elect to have any other plastic surgery procedures, Dr Critelli is the Dr for me. I'm a fan!

I have had to deal with sweaty hands my whole life. Its always awkward shaking hands with clammy palms. I was actually at Dr. Critelli's office because he was doing my wife's lips....they look amazing by the way...the subject of my hands happened to come up. Dr. Critelli said he could use Botox injections to treat my sweaty hands. After thinking about it a couple weeks, I decided to try it. I had tried different treatments in the past. Including submerging my hands in water while electric current ran through them. The pain was so bad I could never finish the full treatment course. The day of my appointment Dr. Critelli numbed my hands with cream prior to the injections. The whole thing was a breeze compared to what I had done in the past. I started noticing effects about a week later. I am happy to say that it has now been 6 weeks and my palms are still dry. So glad Dr. Critelli recommended this treatment and I finally have a solution to my problem.

I had started seeing deeper lines in my face, deeper nasolabial folds and my cheeks pads starting to sag on my face. It was getting depressing. So I went into see Dr. Critelli. Dr. Critelli recommended Juvederm for my lower face. I was really afraid it was going to be so painful but it turned out not being as bad as I thought. He injected fillers into my nasolabial folds which I feel make me look 5 years younger. He added volume to my cheeks which pulled up my jowls and I am loving the results. I get compliments and I still have a very natural look so I'm just thrilled.

I had a double mastectomy and reconstruction. From the start it was horrible , the drains were pulled to early so I had to go in almost every day to have a needle put in and pull the flood. Then the reconstruction was a nightmare. He didn't leave enough skin for the implants. They didn't fall because they were to tight. I had horrible pain. They were also square and the shape was horrible. He has horrible bedside manner. When i ask him about the issues I was told . YOU HAD CANCER AND A DOUBLE MASTECTOMY WHAT DID I EXPECT. I couldn't stop crying. I never went back and was not even called to ask why. My husband ask after the long first surgery how I was and did they get it all and he stated that wasn't his part but he would be a happy man in about 5 months. I ended up having to go to Dallas to a plastic surgeon and I have had 5 total surgeries. Three to fix what he messed up. The first surgery was 14 hours long. The only way to fix it was to do a deip flap reconstruction. He has no compaction and botched my surgery. I do not recommend him at all.
