Hi Aresh in my opinion the best thing to do is to get all the procedures once. You should talk to the surgeon that is going to do the rhino, ask him/her the the pros and cons. As a facial plastic surgeon, if one of my patients is getting a rhino and another facial surgery, I prefer to do everything from the beginning.
