Dr. Leonardi is truly the best plastic surgeon! After a disappointing experience with another surgeon, I was left feeling frustrated and self-conscious. My breast implants were smaller than I wanted, and one dropped only a few months post-op. The ‘tightening’ procedure I had on my abdomen was ineffective and a complete waste of money. From my very first consultation with Dr. Leonardi, I knew I was in the right hands. He took the time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly explained my options, and gave me realistic expectations. His attention to detail, surgical skill, and commitment to patient satisfaction are unmatched. He successfully exchanged my implants for the size I originally wanted and performed a tummy tuck that completely transformed my midsection. Dr. Leonardi did my TT a couple of years ago when he first started at PSG and I'm so glad I found him! Amazing results! My scar is almost invisible and I'm thrilled with the outcome! I've had 4 children, including twins, so skin tightening back up was never going to happen on it's own! My only regret was it doing it sooner bc it was an instant boost to my self-image and exactly what I needed to get my groove back! I no longer had to keep hiding it from my husband and could start feeling better about myself! On March 20, 2020 I had a very special date with doctor L (Leonardi) and his amazing team. I highly recommend his dream team if you want and expect A-1 results. Also hat's off to Tammy, my consultant at psg. Dr L (Leonardi) corrected and manipulated my body, I have fallen in love with my body all over again. This is my second time around having this procedure performed. I can' remember how I found this doctor (Leonardi), I started reading everything I could find about him before making my decision and I must say it was an excellent decision. I had a simple gynecomastia surgery scheduled with Dr. Leonardi. In the process of doing the surgery, he tore my pectoral muscle from my sternum. The worst part was I went to him 3 times post operation and expressed by concern and every time he assured me that it was fine and to let it heal. After the statute of limitations had passed for Tennessee he finally told me I should seek a second opinion. On that opinion, the doctor told me because we had waited so long he was not sure if he could still reattach my pec. I now have chronic pain in that pec because of what should have been a relatively simple surgery. Additionally, the other pec that he managed to not sever looks terrible.

I had always had little saddlebags at the top of my thighs. One side more so than the other. I went in for lipo to contour And a bbl light just because why not if I’m already having surgery. I am left with large lumpy indentions where my thighs should be rounded. Basically he sucked out way way to much fat. He then tried to reinfect fat taken from my stomach into both thighs 3 times in office under no anesthesia. I’m left with scar tissue and unnatural looking thighs that I fear are unfixable at this point.

Looking better and better all the soreness is gone I'm just in awe of my final results. Thank you Dr. Leonardi And His Assistant Megan. This doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and listens to you and he acknowledges your concerns. He tells you what he can and cannot do he does not exaggerate Or make promises that he cannot keep I highly recommend this doctor in Memphis Tennessee.
