I have been receiving skin care and cosmetic procedures at this practice for almost 8 years. I've been treated by Dr. Roesner, Nicole, RN and most recently Stephanie, PA. I'm 61 years old and feel I am getting the very best advice, appropriate products with the most qualified people. Everyone understands my goal of looking well cared for not over-treated. I've received Sculptura, Botox, various fillers as well as Forever Young laser treatments. Every treatment has resulted in a very natural appearance just as I expected. My friends all comment, "You look great, but you don't look like you are getting work done!" I have every confidence in everyone at Aura. They continue to keep me looking refreshed, refined and never over-done!
My experience with Dr. Roesner was fantastic. I went into the consultation wanting a tummy tuck, but not really knowing much about it. He was very knowledgeable and informative on the different options, and ultimately recommended the mini tummy tuck with lipo around the trunk and bra rolls to create a nice hourglass shape. The surgery went very well, I am very happy with my results. I wish I had done this sooner.
AMAZING experience throughout! Dr. Roesner and his staff are fantastic. Kind, knowledgeable, patient, responsive and so on. Consultation, pre-op to now, 2 mo. Post op…I can ask them any questions at any time and they are more than happy and quick to respond. Would recommend 100/10!
I had a breast lift done. Called a donut breast lift or periareolar mastopexy. It improved the shape of my smaller breasts that were sagging quite a bit due to weight loss and age. I guess I just wished for a bigger change. Wondering what my options are to further enhance shape with out doing implants. Wondering if the Lollipop method would have been a better result. First off thank you everyone who contributes their inspirational stories, this has given Mr enough confidence to finally get these out! Does anyone think I should get a lift? I had one child and breast fed only six months. I was a small B before and now a DD. Foes my left implant look deflated? ..... Updated on 15 Mar 2016: I am happy with the result. Dr Roesner had to deflate the implants to explant because I didn't want a bigger scar. Updated on 15 Mar 2016: Ready to get back yo the gym!! Updated on 15 Mar 2016: I hope the upper pole fluffs some!
While an excellent procedure for body contouring, liposuction is not a true weight loss procedure. As mentioned by others, a bariatric weight loss procedure such as a band, bypass, or gastric sleeve will give you significant weight loss in a relatively short period of time (1-2 years). These procedures are best followed up by a procedure to remove the excess skin that you will likely have after the weight loss. Typically it is best to be stable at, or close to, your desired weight for 6-12 months. You should be aware that insurance companies will commonly cover a portion of the skin removal from your abdomen, but not the entire procedure. Insurance companies tend not to cover any additional surgery you may need (arms, thighs, neck, upper abdomen, breasts). Massive weight loss is a serious undertaking and the health benefits are amazing, however, be aware of all that comes with it. Best of luck in your pursuits!
