I have been a patient of Dr. Daniels for the past six years. I went to her initially for acne and she gave me medication that cleared it up. I also had a dark black keloid on my chest that was raised, ached, and was dark. I have a caramel complexion. Dr. Daniels is a beast. She did a combination of fraxel laser and kenalog (? Spelling) injections. My keloid is now flat, flesh colored, and pain-free. I send everyone to her. Her prices are reasonable and she is a wonderful doctor. She was upfront about the pricing and very thorough. She is patient and takes her time with her patients. The office needs to be on the style network or in a fashion magazine. She has an amazing staff and I just love her. I went to three other dermatologists for my keloid on my chest and the keloid got worse. Mine got better and I believe that she was sent by God. She is a knowledgeable dermatologist and I believe that she is looking to take the dermatology world to the next level. I have been seen by her and watched another dermatologist shadow her. She does laser treatments, botox, acne, keloid treatments, etc. I send everyone to her because she is an amazing doctor and a wonderful person.
I just love Dr. Daniels and her staff! They make you feel right at home and very comfortable,. They also really take time to help you make informed decisions about your skin. I recently had a new procedure called a Hydrafacial, which really made my skin feel soft, refreshed and included acne extractions. When I originally made the appointment I thought I wanted a Glycolic Peel but after consulting with the Dr. Daniels, the Hydrafacial gave me more for my money. I will definitely have this procedure again soon.
Dr. Natalie Daniels had a woman in the room with her. My consultation was not private and I felt like I was under a microscope!! The procedure was done in a hurry and inefficiently. The results of the procedure were very, very minimal. This is a very expensive procedure and you want results. Not satisfied.
Bad experience! In my consultation visit ($60) with Dr. Daniels she recommended dysport for vertical lines between eyebrows and crow's feet around the eyes ( 2 areas $625). For the nasolabial folds and marionette lines around the mouth she recommended perlane filler (2 area $1,050). After my dsyport and perlane injection treatments for a total of $1,735, I look the same with the same lines and wrinkles. I feel Dr. daniels was deceptive and swindled me out of $1,735.
to pay a lot of money to be told she cant or will not do anything is aggravating. She is located in Louisville not LA. Im not rich, I work hard for my money. I will never pay for a consultation again. No one should pay for one really...unless this is to weed out the poor people who she thinks does not deserve her time.
Accutane does get absorbed better with fatty foods, but if fatty foods make you break out more take it with a normal meal. It should still work well for you. You could try a brand of Accutane called Absorica which the company reports good absorption regardless of the food with which the medication is taken.
Doxycycline does not stay in the body long after your last tablet is taken (2 days or so). Therefore, you may want to stop Doxycycline just a few days before starting Accutane. Good luck with your therapy.
