From the beginning, Dr. Nair and his staff have been nothing less than extraordinary! From pre-op to post-op and now 7 weeks post-op, they have made sure my procedure hasn’t had any complications. Dr. Nair was given the huge task of revising another surgeon’s work and I am extremely pleased with the results. Dr. Nair makes sure to see his patients at both pre-op and post-op which let me know I was in great hands. After surgery I was not rushed out of PACU and given the time I needed to awaken from anesthesia. If I ever decide to have another procedure, it will most definitely be with Dr. Nair. He and his staff are the best in Miami, hands down!

I recently had a 360 lipo and breast lift with Dr. Nair, and I am beyond impressed with Dr. Nair's professionalism, skill, and results. I chose Dr. Nair because he is a board-certified plastic surgeon, which was incredibly important to me. Dr. Nair has attended some of the best universities and medical schools in the USA, and you might expect a doctor with such impressive credentials to be distant or overly confident. However, Dr. Nair is incredibly approachable, and friendly, and takes the time to explain the procedures and what to expect thoroughly. He never made me feel like another patient; instead, he treated me with the utmost respect and care. Unlike cosmetic or aesthetic surgeons, a plastic surgeon has years of specialized training, advanced expertise, and in-depth knowledge of complex procedures. Dr. Nair’s credentials and experience made me feel confident in his care from the very beginning.

I had the 360 lipo to correct fibrosis from a botched liposuction I had in Colombia, which caused significant fibrosis. Dr. Nair’s expertise in addressing such complex cases was clear from the start. He understood exactly how to tackle my issues, and his skill as a plastic surgeon ensured the best possible outcome.

Now, three weeks post-surgery, I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results. My abdomen looks fantastic—better than I ever imagined—and my breasts are simply astonishing. I had biopolymers removed a little less than a Two weeks ago. Biopolymers are any foreign substance that doesn’t metabolize in your body, in my case botched hotel butt shots! I got my shots done 11 years ago and started having complications that I now realize have been going on for a couple of years. One of the main things was my energy was drained, I’ve had difficulty swallowing food without liquids for the last year, bruising on my buttcheeks and most recently my blood pressure was insane Along with pain down my legs when I sat on my butt or even when I walked. I went to multiple ERs’s Just for them to tell me, my bloodwork was fine. My EKG was fine, but I could feel that something in my body was wrong. I went to one ER because they refer to their plastic surgery center only for the plastic surgery center to tell me that they do not remove biopolymers. I just thought I had no hope and I would pass like my friend I went with to get these shots. I started googling and calling. I was blessed to be able to find this double board-certified plastic surgeon Dr Nair! Michelle helped me through text and looked at my pictures and told me it was urgent that the Dr needed to see me! Within a day, I was booking a flight and Airbnb and heading down to Miami from Ohio the following week. I was nervous and scared, but just being in his office, I felt comfortable and the confidence the doctor had to help me, made me feel even better even though my health still felt like crap. I met a lovely lady in the waiting area that added me to a group chat with other ladies that had gotten the surgery or were going to that answer questions I had as well. I also was still able to get in contact with the text number and Dr Nair through IG about questions or concerns. Literally the day after I had surgery my energy was back and I could swallow food again. Surgery went so smoothly and this place is very professional and friendly. When I came back for my postop, everybody was smiling and asking how I was feeling, which made me feel good. The pain from surgery was very minimal and in fact, my body hurt more prior to surgery than after. I do recommend getting the pain shot, because I do believe that helped tremendously for the first couple of days. I would definitely recommend anyone to this expert in biopolymer removal or any other plastic surgery for that matter! Because of Dr Nair I am able to enjoy my kids and being in their life a lot longer, and I love that for me! ????

Dr. Nair is the best!! His work will blow your mind. I can’t believe how flat my stomach is he is so talented. His staff and the anesthesiologist are super friendly, knowledgeable , caring and kind. Dr. Nair bedside manner and after care have exceeded my expectations! I’m very grateful for how quick he gets back to any questions!

Dr. Nair removed a lot of my bad tissues, I highly recommend it, it restored my health, but he also left me with a beautiful shape in my butt :)
