Volumizers are a great way to enhance, hydrate and rejuvenate lips. I generally recommend lip augmentation in two visits about two week apart. This helps me ensure more satisfactory results. For more natural look, my go to lip filler is Belotero Balance. If you desire more volume, then Volbella is my preferred choice. I typically use blunt tip cannulas to minimize discomfort, bruising and swelling.

You probably have a very strong frontalis muscle. I think you need touch up botox in lateral forehead. That most likely will resolve the "spock effect". You may get few units of botox in the areas where you notice wrinkles.

Dermal fillers are a great modality for non-surgical mid face lift. This will improve the tear trough area. I will suggest series of chemical peels for acne/acne scars. Once acne is controlled, then micro needling / subcision with dermal filler will help treat the scars.

Botox for crow's feet and dermal filler for tear trough area will give you youthful look. A skin care regimen and series of chemical peels will help revitalize your skin.

Can Zoloft cause my hair loss to get worse?

Asked By:AnonymousANSWERS (1)

You are probable loosing hair as a result of a condition called telogen effluvium. It is very common in women after child birth. Zoloft, generally does not cause hair loss. I will also suggest complete blood work including nutritional status and thyroid hormone levels to rule out other causes of hair loss.

It is our flaws that make us unique and beautiful. In my experience subtle changes make a big difference. For contouring, I typically suggest to my patients to plan to achieve the desired results in two visits about 2 week apart. I think you will achieve desired results by using filler in outer face in the pre parotid area  first and then the inner face. Radiesse, Juvederm Voluma and Retylane Lyft are great choices for mid face lift.

I have been seeing more and more teenagers with similar concerns. I think part of it is because of increased awareness. At this stage, you have high likelihood of getting good response out of treatment. Having said that, every treatment should start with looking into the causes of hair loss. I will suggest complete blood work including hemoglobin and iron levels and thyroid hormone levels. From this photo, it looks like you have androgenic alopecia. Genetics also play a strong role especially when hair loss is seen this early in life. PRP therapies, optimizing nutritional status with vitamins, minoxidil, and laser caps will help restore the hair. I usually recommend a maintenance program once desired results are achieved.

According to this photo, you will benefit from botox for horizontal forehead lines. Not only it will help soften these lines, it will also prevent these from getting etched in the skin. Crow's feet are lines that appear along the outer corner of eye ( initially with smiling and later get etched in the skin) and botox is a great treatment option for these lines too.

As for nasolabial folds, Vollure and Belotero Balance are great options.

Crow's feet and worry lines appear due to hyperactivity of underlying muscles. Botox helps relax these muscles and soften the lines. Since its the first time muscles have relaxed this way, it can feel different. Most people experience mild headaches for 1-2 weeks after botox treatment in this area. Stay well hydrated by drinking plenty of water. If this feeling persist, then consult your doctor.

Minoxidil helps open up the blood vessels, allowing the delivery of more oxygen and nutrients to the hair follicles. If once daily minoxidil is not helping, I don't expect twice daily dose to cause a miracle. There are several other treatment options like PRP that if started early can help in restoration of hair.
