Dr Kieu is amazing. She helped me with my insecurity that I’ve had for a while; She removed my keloid behind my ear. I would always cover it up with a band-Aid. I had a very positive experience with Dr. Kieu and her office. This was my first time having anything remotely plastic surgery related done and I was apprehensive. I wanted to do something with my nose and my hair (or lack thereof!). I was considering rhinoplasty but I don’t have the money yet. Dr. Monica Kieu suggested liquid rhinoplasty. It has always been a want of mine to get a rhinoplasty and finding the right doctor has been the hardest part. When I met Dr. Kieu we instantly had a connection and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Kieu is the best! I’ve been seeing her now for years and I would never let anyone else touch my face. For all the years I’ve been seeing her she still takes her time and walks me through everything we are doing every single time with care and patience to make sure I leave happy. She always takes the time to explain every detail and is honest with what she thinks I need or don’t need. Dr. Kieu is professional, caring, and available for her patients. My biggest fear with surgery was 1) developing a complication and then 2) being completely abandoned by my surgeon. And I am so glad I chose Dr. Kieu for my procedure. I recently did a facelift with her, and due to a variety of factors, developed a hematoma on one side of my face. Throughout the process, I have been able to call or text someone from her office at any hour the day, and get an immediate response. I have been in regular communication with the doctor herself. I have also felt extremely supported as we work through this issue together. That said, the hematoma is starting to go down and I can see how I'll be very happy with the results of the procedure with just a little patience. Complications are very minor but they do happen. No one embarks on this journey expecting to be the 1-5% of patients who develop a post surgical issue. It can happen to anyone and if it does, you want a doctor who will support you, and I'm lucky I made the right choice here.

From my initial consult through surgery/recovery I couldn't be happier with my results. I came into Dr. Kieu with a particular vision and from the start she listened to my goals and delivered exactly the outcome I was hoping for.
