I am so grateful I found Dr Monica Kieu! During my rhinoplasty consultation, Dr Kieu listened to my concerns and patiently answered all of my questions. By the time I was ready for surgery, I felt completely at ease and trusted her completely. So far I am extremely happy with my new nose and I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doctor that is empathetic, experienced and highly skilled at delivering natural results!

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Kieu and her office. This was my first time having anything remotely plastic surgery related done and I was apprehensive. I wanted to do something with my nose and my hair (or lack thereof!).

I was considering rhinoplasty but I don’t have the money yet. Dr. Monica Kieu suggested liquid rhinoplasty. I knew a little about it but was nervous because I also know that blindness is a possibility. And therefore it is critical to find someone who knows what they are doing. I put my faith in God and Dr. Monica Kieu and it came out perfectly. I love the shape of my nose.

The other procedure I did was hair PRP. She stuck needles in my head. Repeatedly. She put an anesthesia of sorts in first. The pain level was minimal. I have seen my hair stop receding and grow back.

I had two facial procedures done by a fabulous facial plastic surgeon. She is clearly passionate and caring. Definitely plan to see her again!

From the moment you step into Dr. Kieu’s office, from staff to Doctor K herself you will be in excellent hands. Her warm demeanor and expertise immediately put me at ease about undergoing rhinoplasty surgery at my age with some timeline restrictions.

The Consultation

During the consultation, Dr. K took the time to understand my goals and concerns. She explained the procedure in detail, addressing all my questions with patience and clarity. Her artistic eye and vast experience allowed her to envision the perfect nose that would harmonize with my facial features and my goal of getting close to what I wanted.

The Procedure

On the day of the surgery, I was understandably nervous, but Dr. Kieu’s calm and reassuring presence helped alleviate my anxiety. The surgical team and support staff was highly professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process in the Newport Beach location.

The Recovery

What truly amazed me was the remarkable recovery process. Thanks to Dr. Kieu’s exceptional surgical skills and the latest techniques, I experienced virtually no bruising or swelling. I highly suggest following her guidelines and using homeopathic meds to reduce bruising and pain. On a scale of 1-10 I was about a 3 at max through the entire recovery process. Within a week, I was back to my normal routine, feeling confident and refreshed.

The Results

The results of my rhinoplasty are nothing short of breathtaking. Dr. Kieu has sculpted a nose that not only enhances my facial symmetry but also complements my nose the way it was years ago. Please though remember the actual results and final comes through with time and mine started to slow change after about week 3. I can't help but admire my new profile in the mirror, feeling more confident and happy about the decision to go with Dr. Kieu

It has always been a want of mine to get a rhinoplasty and finding the right doctor has been the hardest part. When I met Dr. Kieu we instantly had a connection and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Kieu is the best! I’ve been seeing her now for years and I would never let anyone else touch my face. For all the years I’ve been seeing her she still takes her time and walks me through everything we are doing every single time with care and patience to make sure I leave happy. She always takes the time to explain every detail and is honest with what she thinks I need or don’t need. I saw her today and same thing - I left very happy with the results, refreshed, and feeling great! She is incredibly professional and I feel confident I’m in good care with her. Dr. Kieu is professional, caring, and available for her patients. My biggest fear with surgery was 1) developing a complication and then 2) being completely abandoned by my surgeon. And I am so glad I chose Dr. Kieu for my procedure. I recently did a facelift with her, and due to a variety of factors, developed a hematoma on one side of my face. Throughout the process, I have been able to call or text someone from her office at any hour the day, and get an immediate response. I have been in regular communication with the doctor herself. I have also felt extremely supported as we work through this issue together. That said, the hematoma is starting to go down and I can see how I'll be very happy with the results of the procedure with just a little patience.

Complications are very minor but they do happen. No one embarks on this journey expecting to be the 1-5% of patients who develop a post surgical issue. It can happen to anyone and if it does, you want a doctor who will support you, and I'm lucky I made the right choice here.

From my initial consult through surgery/recovery I couldn't be happier with my results. I came into Dr. Kieu with a particular vision and from the start she listened to my goals and delivered exactly the outcome I was hoping for. Prior to meeting Dr. Kieu I had 3 other consults with big name DRs in the OC/LA area and often felt like they rushed through my questions or that they had a particular aesthetic that they wanted to achieve rather than personalizing their treatments to me. Dr. Kieu was truly the best in listening to my personal goals and executing on them.

Still bruised and swollen but one week out and loving the results

Dr. Kieu is the best because she was very attentive, made me feel extremely comfortable, and my new nose is exactly what I wanted! I had my ear cartilage taken and used to build up my nasal bridge and it looks so natural. I feel so much more confident now and even with the swelling, my nose looks great.

I have been with Dr. Kieu since 2019. She is my go to for all cosmetic procedures. She has done my Botox and fillers and it always looks so great! She makes sure you have a beautiful natural result. She is the kind and trustworthy. I can tell her I want a rejuvenation and she knows exactly what to do. I come out looking years younger. I love that she does not push products on you. I would definitely recommend her for anything in the face. I'm already scheduled for my lip lift!
