Its too soon to decide.I  would wait for  seven more days to make sure swelling  is gone  and if its still  duck lip shape then we can consider  hyaluronidase to  dissolve filler in those area that we dont want.Most of the cases it settles and you dont need hyaluronidase. Please keep us posted .Thanls 

By any chance do you remember  which products you used in the past and how much each time ? half string ? one ?It  depends on the type of filler ,the amount that was used and  your metabolism .

If Juvederm :you can go with "volift" which last longer than ultra and ultra plus .Use those fillers that have harder molecules and absorb more water to themselves .Dont go with volbella as it doesn't absorb water after and smooths only .I am not sure if they have it in states yet but we carry it in canada. Sometimes if they change the method of injection it might help :such as cannula instead of needle.Lip implants are banned in canada .
