Definitely u will get a different result with each technique and with each surgeon. The technique of choice will depend on the breast ptôsis , but ur surgeon must be trained to be comfortable doing all kinds of lifts.&nbsp;

Only small lift needed. 3 different board certified suggests different ones. I won’t do crescent lift I have seen and read awful things and not good results. Do more aggressive lifts provide a better outcome?

usually if too much skin is removed medially and if the incision is extended too far then webbing may occur. They usually get better with time. So after 3 months from surgery date, if still preset then I’d recommend a minor revision such as a z-plasty&nbsp;

I have bad webbing in both eyes when I lift my eyebrows and open my mouth at the same time does this mean that to much skin was removed please help me I am devastated it's been 8 weeks since my surgery

if ur surgeon removed the excess fat in the medial innermost fat compartment then you must be fine after the swelling subsided. So give it some time and check again with ur surgeon.&nbsp;

3 weeks post upper and lower eye lid surgery. I still have fat bags in the upper corners of my eyes like before the surgery. The doctor said to wait and be patient because it will go down. I'm so nervous because everything looks great except for the one thing that bothered me the most those upper eyelid fat bags are still there. Should I be worried?

it’s normal to get sweeping postop. Make sure you check with ur surgeon concerning the stye in order not to get a worse infection&nbsp;

I spoke with my ophthalmologist who performed the surgery to fix ptosis, but am concerned because she didn't diagnose a stye in my right eyelid I had during my first week of recovery at our post-op. The stye ended up increasing the swelling to the point where it ended up bleeding and exuding pus just that same night. I'd like to know if this swelling is natural, or if the stye ended up causing irreversible damage to my eyelid while i was recovering. Thus far it's been 12 days post-op.

The usual postop&nbsp;regimen&nbsp;after an upper blepharoplasty is a topical antibiotic ointment such as Fucithalmic for about 10 days followed by a silicon gel for about 3-4 months. But make sure to always discuss it with your surgeon&nbsp;

One eye seems to have a bumpy look and feel to it and is much redder than the other eye. I would like to lessen that if possible. I am aware that you have to be careful what you use around the eyes or on the eyelid. I have been using some vitamin E on it being sure not to get it into the eye.

Yes absolutely, Botox is a very good nonsurgical way to reduce gummy smiles or gumshow for a period of 3-4 months. A tiny injection of 2-4 units on each side of the nasal alar crease will do the job. Just make sure to visit a qualified plastic surgeon in order to prevent overcorrection&nbsp;&nbsp;which would end up lowering ur upper lip further and creating an unatural smile.

I have hated my smiled since I can remember and I don't know why at the age of 47 I've reached my breaking point. I'm not prepared to do something surgical mentally or financially so I thought Botox would be a quick fix although temporary. I didn't even know that "gummy smile" was a thing. I have MS and read this is not an issue. Since many people have posted a picture and gotten some suggestions and referrals where to go, I figured I would too. I would just like to like my smile. Botox is a very good temporary&nbsp;treatment for this condition. I feel you undergo Botox on a regular basis for &nbsp;period&nbsp;of time then it will get much better. You can also use HA fillers to weaken the muscle in conjunction with Botox. A more permanent way to resolve this problem would be&nbsp;surgical. Through a small incision eithwr intraoral or submental , we can cut the mentalis muscle and weaken it in order&nbsp;to avoid overactivity. Hope that&nbsp;this helped

Hi, my chin does something similar to this (not quite as severe) when I smile or make any facial movement. I want to try botox. I am also wondering if there is a more permanent solution to this. Thanks!

Kojic&nbsp;acid is frequently used for under eyes dark circles and is very safe to use even after Botox treatment. So you shouldn't worry. But definitely consult again with your physician to make sure of the concentration and frequency of usage.&nbsp;

I recently got Boxtox on my frownlines. And my doctor perscribed Kojic vitamin acid vanishing anti oxidant cream. Is it safe too use, all over my face (under eyes, eye lids)
