This was the best decision I've ever made for myself. Dr Miles Graivier is a Godsend in every version of the word. He's a perfectionist, with magical skills and the absolute best bedside manner. I started the search for a doctor two years ago, and found Dr G about 6 months into that search. I'm so glad I did! From the moment of entering his office for my consultation all the way to my most recent check up (which included a complimentary massage which was AHmazing!) the communication was crystal clear, polite, and I have walked out of this looking EXACTLY like my wish pics - and I'm still healing! For anyone wanting to know what the survey is like: PERSONALLY, I had very minimal pain. (Tummy tuck, breast implants and lift, and lipo alllllll over aka a mommy makeover). I was only on the pain meds for 2 days. Now that not to say that it won't be painful for someone else, but if you're worried about the pain factor - don't let it deter you from getting your dream body! Parts of recovery have been brutal - as a mommy of two (one of which is only a year old) it was difficult when I couldn't get up and cook dinner for them without being winded. Getting p to do my daughters hair before she went off to daycare was a chore that took 3 times as long as it usually does... just be prepared to REST. And I mean REALLY REST. I was unable to sleep in my bed until week 3 was almost over - I was on the sofa which provided a lot more support than my bed would have. For those of you wanting to know my motive: it's simple. A mommy or someone who has lost a significant amount of weight just wants to find a way to be comfortable in their skin. Confident in their choice in clothing. Sexy ... you know... when it's time ;) five weeks later yall and that's exactly what I am, and more. And I have nobody but Dr Graivier and his team to thank for it. Now, one more thing. This last Monday (at the 5 week mark) I went in with a rather large lump above my belly button. It was fluid and it felt kind of like a waterbed haha. These are pretty common so if you develop it, don't panic. They just have to drain it and it only takes about 4 minutes and personally, because I can't feel that area yet I felt nothing. This surgery is a big deal and everyone happy with their results feel like they picked the best doctor. I picked the best doctor for me, and I truly believe that he is the absolute best out there. He's fair, kind, compassionate, funny, humble, and I'm tellin you he is magical in the OR!!!
I have been going to Dr. Graivier since around 2002. I met him when the dermatologist I worked for was learning a new procedure for injectables. He was teaching her the best techniques, and let me express how excellent the technique and care was!! He and his staff provide the absolute best care, most compassionate and professional care I have ever experienced. A couple of years later I decided to have a more extensive procedure. I had a breast lift/reduction. I do not know where to begin to explain exactly how amazed I am at the results. They are perfect! I have been to 2 different gynecologists since this surgery, both asked 'who did your breast augmentation?', then they proceed to tell me it is the best job they have ever seen, they are amazed at his work. Most recently, due to weight loss, I had my arms done, brachioplasty, upper arm lift. I am so amazed at the talent, the artistry that Dr. Graivier is capable of. I am so glad I did this, the results are simply amazing, and again, the care that you receive at this establishment exceeds all expectations. From the moment you make the 1st phone call, to the consultation, to the procedure, to the follow up visits, this team makes you feel so comfortable and appreciated. They make you realize that you do not have to be 'rich and famous' to feel better about yourself!
Dr. Graivier, nurses and staff are amazing! Drove several hours to have surgery due to his reputation and reviews. I am so glad I did. Surgery was 5 hours-- and I was so well taken care of-- no rush/ no in and out. Every one took their time and Dr. Graivier is extremely skilled, experienced and compassionate. I am VERY happy with results. All follow-up appts have been amazing. Couldn't be more pleased.... plus I had upper eye lid surgery too! Love it all! Best decision to have implants out!!
What an absolutely beautiful office! Everyone is so professional. Awesome experience start to finish. Front office is quick and friendly. Katie is great at what she does. Jean gave me a very informative consult. I’m coming back next week!
Dr. Gravier and the entire team are awesome! I met with several doctors before deciding to have Dr. Gravier do my work, and he was by far, the most experienced. He also was kind enough to lipo a little extra where I needed it... on the house! He asked me if I minded if he injected some of it into my lips right before my surgery, and they looked great afterwards. He is an artist and a true perfectionist that cares and really takes pride in his work!
My right nipple was black immediately after surgery My PS did not debride immediaately , he wanted the big black scab to loosen first. That happened after 3 weeks and he was able to remove it with scissors. Right now I am going back every day for them to check it and change bandages. We are using calcium alginate, covering with gauze I am to see a wound care dr next week Trying not to get too blue but it looks so bad. Any great healing stories? Recommendations? What worked for you? Becoming less energetic, depression or sickness? I would appreciate ANYTHING you can tell me ANYTHING Thanks in advance Updated on 26 May 2018: He debrided a lot of the yellow out of my nipple. Which exposed a large hole in my flesh. This is infected. He did cultures and hopefully well be able to start in office IVs of antibiotics on Wednesday. Sight must be kept dry so I have to keep it bandaged until it needs changing. Probably Monday, per nurse I'll post pics then I'm very happy to have been referred to this wound specialist. Very kind, but realistic. He tells me I'm looking at 3 to 6 months. Oh and btw, it smells horrible when the bandage needs changing so there's no guessing on that. I mean your breast is not far from your nose, lol and I can tell. Thanks for listening Please if anyone has any hopeful success stories I'd love to hear Updated on 8 Jun 2018: First thank. s for your so sweet and thoughtful messages. This has been quite an ordeal and it helps to hear from you girls! the wound specialist and his staff have been amazing. after the culture came back, it ended up being a fairly rare type of infection, stenotrophomonus. I know thats a mouthful, isnt it? Turns out it's also hard to get rid of! I have been on a very high dosage of Bactrim for 10 days. After seeing the Dr again today, it was determined the infection was still there, though better, so now I'm on an even stronger antibiotic. Taking a toll on me physically, joint pain, nausea, but nothing I cant handle if it can knock this stuff out. The good news is that he made the decision to start the wound vac even though the infection is not completely gone. I feel like this is at least moving forward. Right now, I am depending on my faith and patience to get me through. I am looking at a long road ahead but God is keeping me positive through prayer. I know that I am going through this for a reason and it will be revealed to me when He's ready. I am having to miss a very important wedding in a few weeks and of all things, my 60th birthday is Sunday. The wound vac is not exactly a fashion statement and very hard to dress around but I'll figure it out. When I do, I'll post pics of what I come up with to share!! Thanks again for you kind words and caring thoughts.
I can’t say enough good things about this guy. He is one of the most compassionate and genuinely nice people I’ve come across in this business. Dr.G not only fixed my surgical problem but restored my self esteem and I am truly grateful. Last year I had a rhinoplasty by a highly rated facial surgeon who botched my nose and was a complete nightmare to communicate with. The decision to switch surgeons was the best I ever made. Currently I am 2 months post op from the revision rhinoplasty Dr.G preformed. I am ecstatic with how much better my nose looks. Do yourself a favor and go with the right surgeon the first time!
Amazing experience from start to end - Dr Graivier gave me exactly what I wanted, answered all my questions, never made me feel rushed, and the post op care, visits, and massage was just a cherry on top.
I am 52 years old and extremely healthy. I have never had surgery or any medical issues. As you can imagine, I was very nervous to consider liposuction. I research many plastic surgeons and finally found Doctor Graivier. I live 6.5 hours from Atlanta, but the drive was worth it. His entire staff is so caring and professional. They went above and beyond to help me in any and every way possible. I love this place!
I was getting ready to have a beach wedding in July and wanted to give myself the gift of a visit to Dr. Graivier to "get a little help" to look better for my wedding. I got botox in my forehead and Voluma in my cheeks. I walked out of his office looking and feeling 5 yrs. younger. Happy, happy!!
Cryoshape is a new method for Keloid treatment where a probe is inserted and liquid nitrogen is used to freeze the keloid from the inside out. It is done with local anesthesia and has a very high resolution rate with much lower rate of pigment changes.
The side and forward firing Cellulaze fiber is inserted just below the skin. It is done under local anesthesia with oral sedation. Because of the location of very small vessels in this area, some bruising and swelling can occur. Most people having Cellulaze are back to normal activity in 24 hours. The results continue to improve over 6 months to 1 year.
The Cellulaze Laser fiber is inserted just below the skin so bruising and swelling can occur. The swelling and bruising are lessened AND the results from Cellulaze are enhanced by post-op SmoothShapes or Exilis Radiofrequency treatments.
