After having 3 vaginal deliveries of large babies in my mid to late 30s, my situation down below was stretched out more than desired. Three ThermiVa treatments spaced 1 month apart really tightened my business and helped with urinary incontinence. I highly recommend this procedure!It really turned back the clock. As well as my recovery home stay while in Miami Updated on 14 Aug 2020: Pre-op appt has been scheduled and all labs are being sent to my PDr. Gonna check on my breasts as well with my surgeon. I may replace them but not now. I have booked my recovery house and they will help me for a week after. I started to go with a friend or companion but in the end it’s better to just be safe and have professionals taking care of you. Hope and pray for the best! The whole process was draining and they changed my doctor to one who gives mediocre results. I will be getting my brazilian butt life by DR. Owens and Dr. Gonzales (did my BA). The date is TBA but I will post after I can change my doctor here and go to my pre-op. I’ve lost some weight but my current weight is 162 pounds. I am 5’7”. Updated on 28 Jul 2021: After much waiting, my skinny BBL is done and I am in love. They use local to Monessen anesthesia and I felt nothing but a little tickling and discomfort when they got to my ribs. I will start massages one to two weeks after the surgery. My taping will be done on the 20th. All in all I am overly satisfied and glad I chose the dr I did and was not pressured. Updated on 28 Jul 2021: After much anticipation and waiting, canceling surgeries, rescheduling, choosing a new doctor, I am more than satisfied with my results. local anesthesia was used and I was awake and listening to my favorite music. The only discomfort I felt was in my ribs but that was like more of a tickling. All in all I’m glad I chose the doctor that I did, Dr. Owens was very reassuring the whole time Updated on 1 Aug 2021: I love my body, it was awesome before, but even better now that I have hips and a nice booty and no fucking waist with his faja. Might have to do exactly what she said she would do, laterals and hips and fat in my butt. When I started to see the liquid gold being produced I got so excited because I kept losing weight but then getting it back but then losing it again so I thought I would not have a lot of fat but she definitely got it out of me. Update coming soon Updated on 10 Aug 2021: I’ve started my massages and they’ve helped a tremendous amount bring down the swelling my stomach is so flat I just cannot believe when I look at myself. I look at the mirror about 100 times a day and just walk by. I’ve tried on all my clothes, most of my jeans have went to the tailor but everything else fits perfect just like I have one day to I wear an extra small. Sorry for the run ons, talk to type. Updated on 11 Aug 2021: 2 weeks post op. Loving my results every day. Had my second massage yesterday and we are gonna drain a seroma I believe. I also continue to wear the ace bandage around my abdomen and waist. It snatched it even more Updated on 13 Aug 2021: Wow my waist is down to a 26 and my hips and butt is a 41. We love to see it. I will continue to alter the measurements as my waist continues to go down, also with the help is abdominal binder and waist trainer. Compression is key but not on the boo-tee. I had a vaginoplasty yesterday. Dr. Michelle Owens in Crowley, Louisiana did it. She’s an amazing dr and my experience fun! I was able to choose the music during the vaginoplasty, and of course, we listened to Like a Virgin by Madonna. Lol. I do have pain, but as long as I take my pain medication, it is minimal. When the meds wear off, it is pretty painful. I will let you all know if it was worth it in about 5 weeks! I read tons of reviews, but very few actually spoke of having sex once healed. I’m going to change that! I can already tell I’m MUCH tighter. I asked to be a one. I’m on day 2 of healing. I highly recommend Dr.Owens. I even traveled several to have her as my surgeon. 35 year old mom of 2, I’m getting my vagina surgically tightened with Labiaplasty and repair to my perineum. I had 2 vaginal births, the first birth was 7 years ago and my perineum tore and the doctor did not repair it. With my second child they left the baby sitting basically in my vagina for 20 minutes while they waited for the doctor to get there. I feel like this stretched my vagina. I would like it to be tighter during intercourse, I’ve asked the dr to take it down to 2 fingers. My husband has a small penis and I can’t feel things as well as I used to. I have always had long inner labia that I’m uncomfortable with and I’m hoping to reduce it down to a nice neat little package. I found Dr Owens by chance. She is very nice and friendly so far and the office is lovely too. She is easy to talk to and the office staff is welcoming.To be honest I am nervous about having this procedure done.This is the only chance I’ll have to do something like this. I am an anxious person though always thinking. I am very excited at the same time at the thought of getting my sex life and confidence back. My surgery is scheduled for next Thursday. I will be awake for the surgery just under local anesthesia so I’m pretty happy about that. Being put under scares me. I definitely won’t be able to afford to do this again (plus there are other things I’d like to have done) so I’m really hoping I get good results. I will update later and add before and after photos. Updated on 16 Mar 2018: I got the blood work back today, I’m anemic & I’m going to have to have the procedure done at the hospital. :/ I’m a little apprehensive because I lost a lot of blood when I had my son 6 months ago. I had before pics taken and spoke about the procedure. I hope everything goes smoothly. I’m taking iron supplements . Updated on 24 Mar 2018: I had my procedure done yesterday. Right now I can only really comment on how it looks on the outside because I can’t really tell about the inside. The outside looks a lot better, I finally feel like my vagina looks “normal” after 35 years & don’t feel self conscious of the way it looks. Before it always looked kind of “open” like my inner labia was hanging out & I didn’t like that, I wanted it to look more tucked in if that makes sense. So in the 1st photo you can see the stitches and everything that’s because the nurses were showing it for the photo. In the second photo it is how it really looks, which is just what I wanted. I had posterior wall repair & perineum repair also. The perineum repair looks very good. I can’t tell about the inside yet because I don’t want to mess with it but what she said she did is basically remove some tissue from the inside and pull the muscles that separated during childbirth closer together so it would be tighter. I won’t know the results of that portion until quite some time from now, at least 6 weeks. We had to have the surgery at the hospital rather than her office because my iron & hemoglobin levels were low due to me having a baby 6 months ago. I had lost a lot of blood during childbirth and I had a transfusion at the hospital. My blood pressure was also very high due to preeclampsia and I’m taking meds to regulate it. So Dr Owens felt more comfortable having it at the hospital because of the risk, however everything went perfectly and there were no problems. The whole surgery lasted 3 hours or so. She did take her home with it and made sure she got the result we were looking for. I was awake the whole time. I didn’t feel much other than pulling. Occasionally there was a spot that I wast numb that had to be re-numbed. It was less pain than I anticipated.(When the lidocaine initially wore off I was in a lot of pain, it has mostly subsided at least while I’m laying in bed.) I had to keep my legs in elevated stirrups so at times they would start to shake and I would have to readjust a little bit. Dr Owens was very good about answering my questions during the procedure and keeping me posted. There was a good bit of skin trimmed off the labia. I can’t really see what it looks like with the stitches because it’s tucked in and I don’t want to pull on it or mess with it and risk anything separating. But it looks great and I’m very happy with it. Dr Owens has a great bedside manner and she puts you at ease. I am quite pleased with the results so far. I’ve wanted to look like this my whole life and struggled with being self conscious about it since I was in my teens. I will update more once I have an idea of the tightness. Updated on 18 Apr 2018: At this point I’m between 4-5 weeks out. I still have stitches that haven’t dissolved. I have had some come out but some feel like they are stabbing me in the vagina. It’s almost like plastic fishing string the clear kind. It hurts. She trimmed it down some. I was able to get a finger in there and it does seem tighter. The true test will be when I have sex for the first time after- that will be at 8 weeks. It was a mutual decision to wait that long, better safe than sorry. She called in a cream for me we are trying to get my insurance to pay for it. I’m mostly healed, I’d say a good 75 percent at least. My perineum has fused together. I think at 8 weeks out it should be fine. Hopefully my stitches will be dissolved by then- they have been very slow to dissolve. Dr Owens is such a nice person and a pleasure to talk to. She really makes you feel comfortable and at home. I can tell she is very pleased with my results. So far so good except I miss my exercise. I was on such a good track with it- it’s a big stress reliever for me and I miss it. Can’t wait for my final results. Updated on 9 Jan 2019: External surgery: while this was sheerly cosmetic it was something I was self conscious about for years. I’m now confident with the aesthetic of my vagina. Internal: my vagina is now tight and my previous concerns are resolved. Was it expensive? Yes. Absolutely worth every penny and I would recommend Dr Owens a million times over, she is an angel and she knows what she is doing. Genuine and such a doll.

I did a tummy tuck a year ago. My experience was not what I expected. I was left with a long high scar, a sagging in the vaginally area, scar tissue around my navel, and numbness from my navel on down. I talked with Dr. Owens and let her know I was not satisfied with my results. I told her the scar was not in the bikini area and was too high. I told her I wanted a revision. She told me she could not do a revision and suggested lipo 360. At the time I agreed because I thought it just might bring the scar down. I spoke with another doctor in Dallas and they assured me they could do a revision on the high scar. I called the office and tried to get my deposit back. I was told no. I told them to have the doctor call me so that I could talk to her. I felt that was the least she could have done since she did not give me good results. I felt I was lied to. She knew I would still have this unsightly scar even after that lipo. I feel they are playing with people's bodies and do not know what they are doing. I regret the time and money I spent there. I am very disappointed and I would not recommend this person for cosmetic surgery at all!
