Face tingled somewhat -not too unpleasantly! My skin --couple hours later--feels tightened, soft, and smooth. No downtime so far. I was looking for a quick lunchtime peel to improve overall texture and absorption, I was feeling a little dryer and like my products were floating on top of the skin. so far so good!!
I am a long time Botox user and use occasional filler in the lips. Dr. Vessley is a genius at botox and filler procedures. I've been coming to her for over 15 years and it's definately helped keep my crows feet and mouth lines at bay. I highly recommend her if your looking for a Dr. that has good hands and great vision.
I have been seeing Dr. Vessely for about 8 years now & every office visit is welcoming & pleasant. She offers a variety of treatments & products, always taking her time to give me the best advice for my skin. I recently completed a series of a fractional resurfacing laser called ICON 1540. The ICON has stimulated my collagen, improved fine lines and skin discolorations along with shrinking my large pores. My skin looks fresh and I feel "young" again. So happy with my treatments and I highly recommend it. I also highly recommend Dr. Vessely!!!!
I had several procedures; IPL, lip injections, cool+brilliant, for an upcoming event. I spent >$2200 and I no benefit at all! That's not to say there was no before/after difference--there was: I looked worse! I even explained how I'd had my lips done once before that I liked (keeping the basic heart-shape) and she ignored me, injected with no plan, just a little here and there (as my lips swelled) and needless to say they were not only crooked but lumpy. It's almost as if she has had no training whatsoever on techniques, but feels by virtue of her medical license, she is automatically qualified. Regarding the IPL treatment--I've had two previous series of three at another clinic so I knew what to expect. I saw NO RESULT other than severall age spots became more pronounced and did not fade. My roseacea was no better, either. When I mentioned this to Michelle, she said my skin had "pinked up" nicely, so she used a low, but appropriate setting. Apparently she failed to take my fair skin tone into account (as it "pinks up" with any medium pressure.) Needless to say, I won't be returning, and I'm posting this as a kindness to future patients.
