Dr. Lipan and his staff were great! He did a wonderful job on fixing my nose and I couldn’t be happier. Not only can I can breathe better, aesthetically my nose is straighter, narrower and looks so natural.
The most professional and thorough medical care I have ever received. I had seen other doctors for this problem and was not happy with the staff or doctors. Dr Lipan and his staff are courteous and very knowledgeable in all areas of the practice.
Dr. Lipan and his amazing staff were reassuring and really thoughtful. Dr. Lipan is superb! He is an artist. Aesthetically pleasing the way my nose now matches my face. The whole experience was better than I thought possible!

Was researching for an excellent surgeon for Rhinoplasty. After years of playing baseball and multiple fractures Dr. Lipan came highly recommended. Dr. Lipan and his staff were very professional. Dr. Lipan took his time to explain the entire process, so I felt like I was making an informed decision. Great Doc!!!!
My experience with Dr. Lipan has been amazing! I had a rhinoplasty and sinus work done and he is very good at communicating the procedures and what is going on, as well as making them the least painful possible! He prioritizes your needs and makes the best judgment calls. He is an awesome person and doctor to go to!
Incredible credentials as well as personality! I did filler with Dr Lipan and results are very natural. Does not try to upsell or overfill which was important to me. Will definitely be referring my friends to him.
I had an amazing experience. The entire staff was great. Dr Lipan helps achieve natural results. He walks you through the process as he is doing it. Dr Lipan’s personality is calming with a sense of humor.
Your septum is usually deviated when it pushes on the skin and cartilage of the lower nose like what I see in the photographs. I would see a rhinoplasty specialist who does reconstructive rhinoplasties to correct it. Usually a standard septoplasty will not be sufficient and an open approach is needed. I do many extracorporeal septoplasties to correct deviations in this region. A good exam with an experienced plastic surgeon should give you the answers you need. Michael J. The first step is to culture the pus to see what bacteria is causing the issue. Sometimes an irritated hair follicle can get infected here. Cleaning the infected area and using appropriate oral and topical antibiotics should clear this up. If your surgeon used absorbable sutures for your case, these have all dissolved by now, if not, a deep suture may be causing this recurrent issue and may need to be found and removed.
1 syringe of Juvederm is an excellent method to get a subtle increase in fullness to the lips and lip edge. It is unusual to create an asymmetry with it as long as the injector has experience with lip injections. Lips are generally less forgiving than injecting under the skin and has to be done slowly with small amounts of filler done in each area. The result that you should expect is subtle augmentation, anything above that can easily look unnatural. If patients have an asymmetry before the filler, it is easy to pick up on it afterwards. Pre-injection photos will be able to show any issues before the filler is done. I have had patients with a significant asymmetry who no look more symmetric after multiple rounds of lip filler over 2 years.Good luck and anyways make sure your injector has the experience to get you the look you want. I don't think 17 is too young as long as your motivations and expectations are appropriate.
If you notice a deviation of you nose that was not present before the accident, there is a good chance that it was fractured. Now that the swelling has reduced, you are more likely to notice any external changes. My advice is to seek an evaluation with plastic surgeon who treats nasal fractures. Any intervention to set the fracture has to be done within two weeks of the injury or the bones will already begin to heal. Hope this helps! Michael J. The most apparent issue is a depression from the corner of your eye extending to your lateral cheek. This is called a teat trough deformity and is caused by a combination of reasons. Fortunately, a filler can provide an excellent correction in that region. Unfortunately, your lateral photo is out of focus and I cannot comment on bags under your eyes based on what you posted. See a plastic surgeon who treats the mid-face with filler often as this is an area that can have unexpected complications with prolonged edema if not injected appropriately and with the correct material.
