Conventional braces need to be bonded to enamel not porcelain which is what crowns and veneers are made out of.&nbsp; If you have a deep overbite then there is no Damon bracelift that will correct that unless they are changing your bite first then covering the teeth with veneers. Remember that braces only move teeth but dont make them any longer. You;rs sounds like a complex case so be careful with "Gimmicky" promises...Get a second opinion from a premier provider of Invisalign in your area..

I'm a TMD patient who has had TMD issues for 15 years. I've had my uppers restored w veneers and now considering the lowers which are worn down from grinding and I have a complete overbite. The uppper arch is still narrow and the front incisors are straight up and down. I don't really show any teeth when I smile unless I really force it. The Damon Braces site reports that there can give a Damon "Bracelift" which will build up your lower face to give you a more youthful look!

Hey I had my consultation today and ive got the option of emax or zirconia. With the zirconia being the more expensive. Can anybody tell me whats the difrrences between the 2 id like to make an informed decision? Will the emax still look as good? Which will last longer ? Any help will be much appreciated

Go to a good dentist and have 2 perfect veneers done and you will be happy for a long time..You cant go back now that your teeth are prepped.

I made a mistake of getting 2 porcelain veneers for my central incisors solely for cosmetic reasons. The dentist I chose excessively prepped my teeth as confirmed by another dentist (I took a picture of them after the prep). The problem is that since so much tooth was removed, I'll most likely need crowns, which have a limited life span like veneers. So wouldn't it be best to avoid this constant replacement and pain altogether and get Implants. I hear that they last indefinitely. I'm 19 btw.

It has to be the light. I am going to do the KoR Deep Bleach, but with another dentist who does it. The dentist always tells me how white they are. It's the light that makes them look white. I DO NOT HAVE WHITE TEETH! I have looked at them in the mirror while the dentist's light was shining on them and they do look really white. I have been taken outside with the dentist and they looked lighter than usual, but 99.9% of the time they don't.What is the cause of this?Will KoR work for this issue?

It will probably need to be removed. Gum disease is the most likely culprit. Lack of healthy bone will make it loose and you will need a implant and crown to fix it.

The dentist can use the aligner as a guide while he is putting in the new fillings and he shouldnt charge you for new aligners to do so...

I have been wearing Invisalign for 6 months and have about 9 months remaining. I have been informed that I have some small cavities and my dentist would like to fill them. He said that this could cause some issues with the trays fitting and that I might have to have new ones made. I do not want to pay for new trays as I have already paid for the remaining 9 months. What would you suggest? I have never had a cavity before this time and I am 44 years old.

I would really go with traditiional braces.&nbsp; My view of the case is limited to your pix but I think its too complex for invisalign.
