I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sina, he truly is the best plastic surgeon ever. I have been a loyal patient of his for the past 10 years and I would never go to anyone else for my lip filler. Even though I travel from New York to Las Vegas to see him, it is completely worth it for the amazing results he consistently delivers.

Dr. Sina has an incredible attention to detail and always knows exactly what I need, never overfilling to achieve the most natural look possible. He has even dissolved filler that migrated in my lips and redone them completely to ensure I am always happy with the results.

Additionally, he performed a difficult septoplasty for me about a year and a half ago and the results have been nothing short of amazing. He has done 3 of my friends rhinoplasty as well and each nose looks incredibly natural, didn’t change the look of the person but simply made the adjustments they were looking for aesthetically. I had had several friends go to “famous” very expensive doctors in NY & LA for rhino and now they all look like the same person. Dr. Sina takes what you already have and makes the adjustments you want while keeping your results completely natural.

He is kind, and patient, and still all this time post surgery makes sure I’m happy with the results (couldn’t be more happy) and I continue to see him an get an occasional steroid shot.

Most recently, Dr. Sina has been doing my jawline filler to make my face more symmetrical and define areas. I couldn’t be more happy with the results! I trust him completely with any concerns I have and he always recommends the best course of action. I cannot recommend Dr. Sina enough - he truly is the best in the business. If you are considering any facial plastic surgery or fillers, do not hesitate to see him. Thank you, Dr. Sina, for everything you have done for me.

Dr. Sina is meticulous and a perfectionist. He goes the extra mile to make sure his patients get the best possible results and follows up as well. I was procrastinating for a bit before I finally decided on getting the procedure. I did not want to look fake or overdone and he made sure that was not the case. You can tell he really cares about his patients and their outcome. Unfortunately, within a week after the procedure I got hit with a ton of family issues that are still going on BUT I wanted to at least post this since it is long overdue. I did chronicle my journey with pics. and more that I will post when I have the time to do it properly to reflect the true quality of Dr. Sina's skill.

I was prepared to fly out to LA to get a lip lift consult but decided to meet with a few local doctors first. I am really glad I did since my research led me to Dr. Sina at Nuance Plastic Surgery. The office staff is very personable, as is Dr. Sina. I have a long philtrum (22mm) and a small top lip. Lip filler only exaggerated my issue, so I knew it was time for a lip lift. I was awake the entire procedure but felt zero pain after the numbing injections were used. I didn't even need the prescribed pain medication once I got home. I used Tylenol PM at night and that was all I needed. My husband totally thought I was lying about the pain level - lol. The recovery process was luckily pretty simple outside of not being able to open your mouth very wide for the first few weeks. Straws became dead to me (and still are at 6 weeks post-op). I followed their instructions and had a child's toothbrush on hand and also used a water pick since you can't easily use floss for a few weeks either. After week 3, we did a little laser on the incision line to help the healing - it's nice and flat and healing well. By week 4 things were loosening up a lot with the facial tightness and numbness and by 5 weeks I was feeling really good and mostly normal. I am really happy that Dr. Sina listened to what I wanted and we went conservative on the lip lift (he also wanted to make sure I didn't end up "gummy"). I wanted to still look like me, but better and that's what I feel we accomplished.

I went to Dr Sina for the first time I had anything ever done and he made me feel incredibly safe and like anything I did would be to enhance my existing beauty. I wanted to add more protrusion and lift to my nose but had never had any fillers or Botox or surgery so was extremely nervous.

He took the time to explain everything go through photos of me of what was possible and realistic and fielded any questions and concerns I had. He also was honest and told me I looked great and didn't need it if I didn't feel comfortable ( this was even after he had spent 20 minutes with me) but I decided to move forward given his great bedside manner. It was pretty fast and painless and I loved the results.

It really made such a difference and he has such a fantastic aesthetic eye. My nose looked like my nose but cuter and perkier and was subtle enough so that no one would notice. In the after care, I messaged him about swelling and he was prompt to respond and even had me come back for a tweak for free when things settled and I felt it needed a few drops more.

It took about 3 days for the filler to settle but it lasted about 8 months and made a real but natural looking difference to my face. Additionally after I had a negative surgery experience with another dr, dr sina gave me great guidance and referrals who could help with a revision. I should have written this review years ago but after experiencing starkly different car from other DRs I've seen, I felt compelled to really highlight how great he is.

I first saw Dr. Mehdi at the Real Self Modern beauty event. I was scared, but the process was not bad at all; they numb your lips. The procedure does not hurt because of the numbing cream. Your lips will be swollen; my lips were bruised; it lasts for two days, and then the day after the treatment, I stood home and did not go to work because it was noticeable that my lips were done. I love them; they look natural and pillowy. I can't wait to do some more work on my face. He walked me through it the process I felt comfortable he made suggestions and listened understood exactly what I wanted. I love my lips they look, and feel so perfect:)

The doctor did an amazing job and was so professional. Will go back to see him. So happy to get this amazing doctor and hope to see him soon. he made it pain and carefree. Won't see anyone else.
