I can't begin to explain how happy and blessed I have been and continue to be with my experiences at Artisan Dental. Every time I walk in to the office for an appointment, I am always greeted with such a friendly and warm welcoming. You are addressed immediately with a friendly smile from all the staff at the front reception desk. It is the epitome of outstanding customer service. Dr. Ghannam and his team of professionals always make you feel comfortable. Dr. Ghannam is brilliant at what he does. He is an intelligent and professional dentist who genuinely cares about your well being, but more importantly, makes it his mission to focus on improving your dental health. His solutions are not just temporary "band-aid" solutions, they are sustainable and long lasting solutions that are aimed at providing you with the tools and framework to create the ideal and healthy, dental environment for a beautiful smile. He uses the most up-to-date, state-of-the-art technology and procedures. In my opinion, I feel that he is more than just a dentist but even an artist, because he pays attention to every little detail in the work that he does. He is very dedicated to giving his patients 100% by ensuring your comfort and your satisfaction in the work he does. I had a major procedure done with 6 crowns in my top front teeth that he had done. When it came time to replacing my temporary crowns with the permanent crowns, he spent hours drilling away little by little to perfect a replica of how my previous teeth looked like so that the crowns would look and feel natural. Even with the coloring of the crowns, he didn't just go by the given colors that all dental offices use for matching your teeth because he felt that the coloring in my teeth was a different tint/shade of yellow. So, he took it upon himself to mix and blend different shades to make the perfect one that would match the rest of my teeth! That's exactly the reason to why I said earlier that he is an artist too. Just amazing work. I can't thank him enough for helping me change and improve my dental health. Because of his work, I am able to smile confidently. I no longer have to worry about how to smile or how much teeth to show when I do. This, not only, had a positive impact on my confidence in smiling freely again but also an overall impact on my confidence when interacting with people in all aspects of my life. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants a permanent and healthy smile.
