I was a athlete, martial artist and professional ballet dancer. I know what it means to be fit and in great shape. Everything changed recently with job stressors and three wonderful but exhausting kids, my exercise routine was first casualty of time crunch. Home exercises couldn't shift stubborn low belly fat and love handles. 4 Pads at a time, worked up to maximum setting, each session was different and I have had three successful sessions and am very pleased with the results. Maximum setting - however at Sheperd Dermatology the specialist _sits_and_chats_with_you_ (as opposed to leaving the room with a timer going while I am 'suffering alone') which is very comforting and helps keep the mind off the slightly less than comfortable heating and cooling sensations of the pulses. Love handles were more sensitive on me than upper belly near navel, lower belly under the navel at belt line was most tender, and most in need of treatment. Thank you I will be back if and as needed.
So worth it! Happy with my results!
I was hoping to reduce the size of my belly and for my clothes to fit better. Years earlier, I had tried liposuction and was surprised at the length of downtime and the uneven results. SculpSure was fast - less than 30 minutes. For me, there was no pain and minimal discomfort. The best part was that when I left the office I just went on with my life! I recommend this procedure.
Dr Sheperd is extremely competent and knowledgeable. She has an Excellent bedside manner. I strongly Recommend her to anyone looking for a dermatologist for either medical or cosmetic purposes. 5 stars!
I received SculpSure from Dr. Sheperd this year, and I am thrilled with the results! Stubborn areas of fat that weren’t responding to exercise melted away and I feel great. The treatment just took 25 minutes, and there was no recovery time. Thanks!
On average 6-12 months but in some cases much longer and in some cases at 3-4 months it may perceptibly begin to diminish.
This is not an uncommon reaction the first second and even third day in some patients. You are having a "histamine release" which is a response to the injected product and is not an allergy. Ice, take an antihistamine and check in with your injector.
