Okay, I've been wanting breast implants for a while and I finally mustered up the courage to go through with the procedure. My goal was to do the consultation/ pre op all in one day and ask for soonest opening to have the surgery performed. Well, I had my consultation/Pre-op yesterday and it went well. Dr. McKinnon was very straight forward about the risk and helping me decide with size to go with. We both decided that I wouldn't go past a C cup because I have a really small frame and we want them to look natural, I also have this huge fear of my implants bottoming out. My procedure is next Tuesday on June 7th ( very soon right) ... IM SOOOOO EXCITED OMG. OMG Updated on 4 Jun 2016: So excited to wake up to a new set of breasts on Tuesday morning!!!!! 3 more days! Updated on 7 Jun 2016: The manufacturing company had a mix up and delivered Silicone implants instead... I'm so happy because ultimately there was no extra charge for the mix up... They look so natural, I love them. Updated on 9 Jun 2016: Dr. McKinnon was awesome!!! I went in for a consultation a week before the procedure, he thoroughly explained everything to me and was very blunt about the risks. We both agreed that I didn't want to go with a "top heavy" look and agreed to go with a full C. I showed him pictures of what I wanted and he gave me exactly that, nothing more, nothing less. The surgery went great and as planned. I love them. Updated on 16 Jun 2016: 1 week post op Updated on 23 Jul 2016: I love them.
Hello RealSelf family!! I've been stalking this site for over 3 or 4 years and never got the courage to post anything. But it's now time and my surgery is coming next week. I've been want breast since I was 16 years old. And I would beg my mom for boobs, but of course that was shut down quick and a hurry, and was told to wait until I have kids. Well I've waited 13 years with no husband or kids. So I think it's time lol. I'm a B cup and trying to achieve a full or double D cup. There's a few things that I need to buy before surgery. Idk why but I'm excited and not scared, especially since this will be my first surgery. Updated on 17 Dec 2016: Updated on 17 Dec 2016: Updated on 26 Dec 2016: This has been a life saver. I was in no pain after surgery, I was afraid, thinking I would need help walking, using the bathroom, or even eating. I do believe it was her kit that made my augmentation breezy. I found her on YouTube and she's an amazing and sweet person Updated on 7 Jan 2017: I hated my boobs right after surgery and didn't want to post pics. But I'm getting to like them a bit more Updated on 7 Jan 2017: Updated on 7 Jan 2017:

I am not completely satisfied with my procedure. I wish they were larger and shaped differently but, they’re better than before. Surgery went great. Though, I have horrible scaring on my left breast. No pain meds needed, was back to normal in 1-2 weeks. Here’s a few after pics!
Because you have not suffered significant ptosis (despite losing volume), you should experience a satisfactory result with moderate profile implants.
It is reasonable for you to have concern, even about a 2 mm. difference between the eyes' appearance. Late enophthalmos can definitely be corrected, despite what you may have read. The ideal correction is with the patient's own bone (usually harvested from a sliver of the outer cranium). It could be placed via a conjunctival incision. This outpatient procedure takes about one hour under a general anesthetic.
