I had an amazing experience with Dr. Moretz. I came in to do some Liposuction with Radio frequency BodyTite. After two kids my stomach area wasn't as tight as it was before. I workout and eat well, but I had some stubborn fat that wasn't going away. The process was fast and easy and I was out in a couple hours. I was able to go back to work the next day. The results were the best part! The bodyTite really helped tighten and lift up the skin. I would definitely recommend Dr. Moretz for any of your plastic surgery needs. I had the pleasure of experiencing the Cellfina treatment, which helps with cellulite on the legs and butt area. After three months, I have to say that I'm super happy with the results. The treatment removed just about all of the dimpling I had on my thighs and I feel more confident in shorts now!
I thought I looked good except that o started to see som aging in my neck area. I also didn't like the fact that I had a slight dent in my cheek area but I didn't know that it was fixable until I talked to Dr. Moretz and he told me that a little bit of micro lipo could even it out. The procedure was relatively painless and the swelling was gone and I was presentable with in a week. It made such a big difference especially with the banding on my neck
I LOVE this Dr! He answers every question, he's patient, he's kind but best of all he is great at what he does and has a great eye! Upon my first visit he noticed that the left side of my face was much fuller than the right. He suggested a laser treatment on the left side to even out my face . ( This was something that had been bothering me that no other dr. noticed nor had a way to address when I mentioned it ) He even called me before the procedure because I had more questions because I was nervous.

I am ecstatic and incredibly pleased with my operation. It was performed in Dr. Moretz office. I was awake the whole time and I had only some slight pain that night. The night before the procedure, I was online and I stated to get really worried that I hadn't expressed myself clearly enough, that I didn't know how to phrase what I wanted... Dr. Moretz was so sweet and so calming. We went over the operation before he stated and again when he was marking/creating a blue print on my neck and face. He left nothing to chance. Updated on 29 Oct 2016: Im slightly numb and a little lumpy, the bruising from the injections is diminishing at a rapid rate. I think the after care program I'm on is making the recovery go very well. I'm on supplements (arnica, pineapple and the Meyers IV cocktail), red light therapy (revive led), essential oils (rose oil mixed with grape seed and German blue camomile), micro current roller (Amazon and it looks like a "Y" with two round balls on it) and ace banadages for my chin strap. Also it's so sweet my Dr or his assistant check on me almost every day to see how I'm doing. Updated on 29 Nov 2016: The majority of the swelling is gone and the fat transfers have done an amazing job filling in my face.

I had my LSL and chin lipo on Nov. 12 in the Beverly Hills office. I could not be happier. I can already see the results which look natural, not overly pulled looking. I didn't find the procedure difficult at all, I think I slept thru most of it. I was treated as if I was paying $20,000 for a facelift. The tech who assisted was absolutly wonderful and caring. There was pain after but nothing vicodin couldn't handle. I've been back at work for a week and was able to work from home the next morning. I had my stitches out yesterday and again no pain and was in and out of there within 30 minutes. They were very patient and happy to answer any questions I had. In 2015 he did the surgery on me. He promised to do the deep full face lift and I paid for that. But, instead that, was done simple liposuction and tighten skin to the ears. That can be called as Lifestyle Lift/mini lift/quick lift. My face was thin before and need the volume, not liposuction! Now my face became more thin and hollow and disfigured, my ears attached on the face. He did not accept my complaints and about my ears, said, that they on the correct natural positions.
You are an ideal age to ask this question as it is so much better to maintain beauty then try to repair aging damage later. That said you do have aging signs of skin tone loss in the lower anterior face and periorbital(around the eyes) area. The microneedling RF therapies such as Morpheus 8 or Pixel 8 would be best to warm the various levels of your skin to stimulate collagen growth as well as amplification of the biologic cascade with growth factors from you own blood platelets with PRP. Their are other biologic therapies too such as homologous cellular therapy that could be discussed. Yes Zed, the tip can be rotated to correct the hook aspect but also the hook appearance is contributed to by the lack of a angular "break" in the line from your dorsum(bridge) to the tip itself. This break in visual line is created during the tip refinement through removal of some of the upper aspect of the lower lateral tip cartilage. Reduction of the hump in the dorsum will also aid this on profile view. The deprojection is a totally separate issue and can be achieved by a couple means for optimal balance and harmony with you overall facial feature. Hi Korrah, You have done some research I can tell. The options include the fat transfers, HA fillers as discussed and at your young age I'd recommend the HA fillers initially knowing that you'll need to "touch up" these periodically. Autologous Fat has better longevity especially with using one of the biologic stimulating cellular products on the market, PRP being one such. Your being a Floridian I suspect you've had some history of sunbathing experience so to be most complete in your face having the best harmony I also highly recommend direct skin collagen growth stimulation within your fibroblasts with microneedling at least but best paired with the biologic cellular stimulates directly injected into the skin dermis at you orbital hollows. These are the same agents I mentioned that I often use with my fat transfers for improved longevity. It is remarkable how this therapy of the lower lid skin hollows along can improve the orbital hollows and dark circles alone. Also you should minimally invest in a professional strength LED multiwavelength OTC system for daily (3-5 min per day) full face therapy to keep your skin's fibroblasts working at top efficiency to make you collagen improving current wrinkles and overtime and preventing the rate of future wrinkles occurrence. An LED system that also provides blue light therapy as well can help prevent the multiple slightly bumpy oil glands seen on you 3/4 pictures from developing acne within. Also be sure to use waterbased makeup not oil along with a hypoallergenic SPF 20-25 product each morning and if actively outdoors, be sure to reapply after lunch. There is no such thing as an all day sunscreen.
