The day of my surgery was another pleasant experience for me. Every member of doctor's surgery team came and introduced themselves to me and made sure that I'm feeling comfortable. Once my surgery started the slight bit of anxiety and fear that i had also vanished as i felt absolutely no pain. Dr Mayank kept checking with me if I'm feeling any kind of discomfort or pain. The ambience of the OT was so relaxed with the music of my choice playing while I watched a cricket match on Tv. Though its a long surgery it was not at all tiring for me. Now that i have seen Dr. Mayank's work i can easily say that he is a true artist. I can't stop looking at my newly designed hairline!!! I also would like to give a special mention to the Clinic manager Ms Manu, always smiling and very prompt with returning to all of my messages and queries. In the end i would like to say that from the first phone call, through every part of the surgery and followup I was WOWED by the service and excellence. Their attention to detail and professional conduct is utterly exceptional. Honestly, this was a nerve wracking and vulnerable decision to make, but I couldn't be happier with my experience. If you're considering this for yourself or for a loved one I am utterly confident that you will be satisfied.
