The doctor, nurses and staff are very caring and friendly. The Cosmetic Department upstairs at The Dermatology Clinic has great estheticians and helped with a skincare plan suited to my needs. I have had chemical peels, dermaplaning, BBL and Profrac laser treatments for sundamage, all with great outcomes!! 2 thumbs up!!!!!
Dr. Dobson did a micro-laser peel after a BBL treatment. Years of sun damage had left its mark on my face, and as I aged, it was harder and harder to get away a lot of makeup to cover it up. These procedures truly stunned me. The brown spots were lifted to the surface, then just peeled off. My skin in smooth and clear.
I have been impressed with the ease and efficacy of Vanquish body contouring made by BTL corporation. Make sure you ask for Vanquish by name and ensure a reputable physician examines you prior to treatment.
You may want to look into Exilis which is made by BTL corporation and works well to tighten skin in this area, in particular if your weight is stable and your being quite young. It is a painless procedure and takes 4-6 weekly treatments for ideal results. It should be available at a board-certified dermatologist in many areas around the United States.
I agree with using Botox and other option is a new procedure called MiraDry, not yet widely available but some derms across the country
I really love what the Sciton laser does for dull, sun-damaged, aging skin. I can look around a room and tell the brightness of skin of those who have had the procedure. You need an experienced and board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon to assess your skin and make a plan of what level you need as this is a tunable device that is unique to each patient and their particular skin condition. I would also recommend that you get on a regimen with a brightening cream such as hydroquinone or arbutase along with a retinoid to keep your skin cells healthy, turning them over to correct sun damage and restore a more youthful, healthy glow. This will also benefit your skin's recovery from your laser procedure.

If you are at or close to your full height and have no particular issues from an endocrine(hormone) standpoint, e.g. polycystic ovaries syndrome, laser hair removal should work well to give you long-term diminished hair growth in the areas you mention. Just make sure you use an experienced and reputable clinic in your area that has excellent hygiene.
