Your breast shape is described as "tuberous breasts". This means the nipples are large and the breast itself is about the same diameter (width), whereas the breast width is normally significantly wider than the width of the nipple. You have done nothing to cause this, it is a problem with how the breasts have developed. But there are things that can be done to change this. It is considered a reconstructive problem rather than a cosmetic one, so you should discuss it with your GP. They can refer you to a Plastic Surgeon who is on the Specialist Register, which is the Irish equivalent of "board certified", and specialises in breast reconstruction. They will assess you and discuss the treatment options which include implants to make the breast base larger, and also surgery to the nipple and breast base to alter the shape of the nipple.
