I travelled from far North Queensland to SA Adelaide to meet with Marcus Pyragius after seeing his work on Facebook groups. His manner was professional and yet put me at ease instantly. I had several complications post first surgery of tummy tuck and turned into 4 surgeries and a month in hospital away from my family. Nothing was ever to much for him and he made me feel I was SAFE through the whole ordeal. My outcome was beyond amazing and my trust in his abilities never wavered. 8 months post tummy he did my breast reduction last week and once again his work was perfection. I reached my outcome going from an E Cup to a C Cup and thankfully no complications with this surgery. When he performed my breast reduction I had requested additional liposuction to my side boobs and hips however the hospital wouldn’t allow it after I was under due to a paperwork issue. I expressed my concerns to him in my follow up appointment and within 24hrs he had me back at a different hospital for Day procedure to ensure I was completed to my expectations. Marcus has changed my life with more then the work performed but his ability to make me feel in control of my body and he has never made me feel like a hassle (even though it was a scary ride the first time). I highly recommend his abilities and feel like he’s a magician with his mad skills.
I had a fleur de lis tummy tuck with extensive muscle repair, mons and lipo lift and the removal of a cyst. I actually had to "self counsel" myself not to expect too much because I was sure my result would be mediocre at best because my belly was such a mess due to previous surgeries and compllications. What I've actually ended up with is a result that just could not be better. Dr Pyragius has "snatched" me and given me a fantastic waist line. I was very straight up and down to begin with as you will see in the before photo. Dr Pyragius doesn't seem to realise just how good he is and is very humble. My after care has been amazing and there's not a single thing I could complain about. His office staff are amazing and have answered my questions and supported me thoughout this experience
