I had my tummy tuck done march 23rd. I am one month post op and love my results. I am so pleased and happy wih my choice of doctors. Pelosi senior never turned me away with any questions I had. And I had soooooo many questions trust me beore and after.I had a tummy tuck , lipo , and bbl. I still swollen alot but I kno im still healing. My butt looks good but its going down I think (might be in my head). Over all im happy my co workers friends family is going to him he is amazing
i started to notice after my 2nd child that ive gotten "loose" down there. My husband is "blessed" down there so it bothered me that i wasnt feeling him the same as before. Hoping i was going to get back to normal soon with various vaginal exercises i pushed the thought of surgery aside. After delivering my 3rd child, i completely lost all sensation down there. i wsnt able to feelhim at all. he didnt complain but told me he noticed the difference too, it hurt my heart that we werent able to bond sexually. ( all 3 babies were vaginal deliveries with babies weighing 9 plus lbs) After yrs of searching I found a doctocr that actually made me feel comfortable and was very affordable. Everyone at the facility was professional, friendly, and down to earth. The procedure itself was uncomfortabe i must admit (im a big baby lol) and lasted about 2 hours. i informed him on how tight i wanted it to be and he did just that. Upon leaving i felt NO pain and was able to walk to the car with no assistance. Updated on 11 Sep 2015: ok so i must admit that the first 7 days was no joke. It wasnt untili the medictions wore off that i realize how painful this really was. Take the meds please and stay off your feet! i found laying on my stomach with a pillow under me comfortable and was the only way i could sleep. I needed help with everything the first week due to me sleeping all the time. (the meds put you in sleepyland. ) Also the medications cause constipation so please , prior to surgery make sure you clean yourself out. That first bowel movement will have you re-thinking your whole life. lol It is definitely safe to take it afterwards as well. I took the time to look up foods and vitamans that help with the healing process. Vitaman A,C, lots of lean protiens and zinc are powerhouses for healing and with plenty of water to clean out toxins. Now at my 10 days post op, the pain is mediocre and im moving around alot more. Orandge Juice and motrin is my survival kit. i no longer need stool softners nor any of the other meds. Beginning to feel somewhat normal again and constantly rimind myself i still have a long way to go. theres much more but im unsure what to elaborate on and what not to. All in all i believe im healing beautifully but we'll see next week at my check up :)
Hello I am 36 years old and 188 pounds.. after having three children via csection my stomach looked horrible. I decided to go with doctor marco pelosi senior of bayonne nj. I thought about going to the Dominican Republic but changed my mind after hearing so many stories of infection and death. I read a few negative reviews on doctor pelosi but I knew a few people who had their surgery with doctor pelosi senior and they looked great. I went for a consultation in February and was told I needed liposuction. I decided on lipo of arms flanks hips back and tummy tuck. Doctor performed tumescent lipo a week prior to the tummy tuck. I was awake had no pain it was done on a Tuesday and on Saturday I attended a baby shower and had massage. I have no brunch and only felt a bit sore. Yesterday was my tummy tuck and today I had a follow up appointment. I was not intubated for the surgery I was given iv sedation there was an anesthesiologist there and she monitored me during my surgery which took 3 hours. I am in pain and cann stand straight bit so happy of my results. I will post before pictures and once I have drains removed will post after. I was instructed to sleep on a recliner I am on antibiotics and percocet. Doctor Pelosi and his staff treated me like a queen I cant complain of say anything negative about them. My stomach is so flat its unbelievable I have no swelling or brusing. If anyone has any questions I would be mpre then happy to answer any questions. As I said I will post after pictures once I can remove my garment Updated on 17 Apr 2014: Updated on 17 Apr 2014: Updated on 22 Apr 2014: Ok so im having this burning sensation all over my abdomen I went to the doc friday and had my drain removed and I was told the burning is normal. I have stop taking my pain meds due to the severe constipation im having. One week only one bowel movement. I am currently drinking prune juice and plentyof water. I weigh mmyself today I am 178 not sure if I mentioned I was 189before surgery ,then 195 the day after surgery now 178. I have swelling of my abdomen I thinks its because I take my garment off for 1 or 2 hours a day after I was up. I do this because its so tight and also to wash the garment. I have a 2nd one but doesnt fit yet I am wearing a size medium. I am still walking bent forward but not as much as last week Updated on 12 Aug 2014: Four months later and not satisfied with belly button I went to another doctor for a second opinion and he says I should wait until a year after surgery. Also having some asymmetrical issues one side of my waist is larger
I am 31 year old, mom of 2 in serious need of tt, bbl and lipo. After extensive research, I decided to go with Dr. Pelosi II. I had opted to go to dr gabriel lobo in colombia ( estimated expense $8400) or Lopez collado in Dominincan Republic ($8600) but after calculating the expenses travelling out for the procedure and comparing it to here ($9500), to me, the difference was not major to get the procedure out of the states. I chose Dr Pelosi because I heard through a friend of different women that had gone to him and were very satisfied with the results. He is reasonable with the prices and very straight forward. I will keep you ladies posted, and when the time comes I will post my experience, before and after pictures. Updated on 7 Jun 2017: Hey Si los, so i was able to change my procedure to June 23rd. I'm super excited and looking forward to that day... Updated on 27 Jun 2017: Hey dolls, I'm on day 4 of my recuperation and taking it day by day. My first massage was today and I can't stress enough how important the massages are. I immediately started feeling better and so relieved after the draining massage. It is a process but the best thing to do is take it day by day. I will say I could have not chosen a better surgeon. Dr Marco Pelosi II rocks and I would do this process all over again with him. Updated on 23 Jul 2017: hey dolls, I'm 4 weeks postop and loving how my body is shaping. I'm still swollen around my belly and back but everyday feels better. I'm still doing the massages but after 16 sessions I think it should be enough. My incision is healing nicely, but still oozing from my belly button. it is a day by day process but couldn't be happier. Updated on 24 Aug 2017: I'm at my 2 month check up today. I'm feeling great and looking amazing. i still feel tightening a bit and still a little swelling but nothing to go crazy about. I'm super happy with the results and I know it will only get better.
