I had the best experience with Dr. Klein at Northside Plastic Surgery. Before I continue, l should add that the ENTIRE staff is wonderful and supportive. I had silicone breast implants that were concerning me. It had been 11 years since they were implanted and I had various health issues that I thought could possibly be coming from my implants. I went to Dr. Klein and an ultrasound showed my left breast implant was leaking. We scheduled the removal of both implants. I was anxious about it, as I’m 62, but the surgery was a huge success. The surgery involved many stitches and I had to take it easy for a couple of weeks. Totally worth it!! Dr. Klein was able to remove the implants and use my own fat from my abdomen to shape my breasts. I couldn’t be happier! I asked for a smaller breast size and also a breast lift. If I had known how amazing my breast would look, I would have done this much sooner. If you are considering breast implant removal, I highly recommend Dr. Klein. He will totally put you at ease and answer any questions you may have. I am SO happy with my results post surgery. He’s THE BEST.

Dr. Klein has such an adorable personality and is not intimidating whatsoever. Two days ago Dr Klein performed my breast augmentation. One year ago he performed breast augmentation for me with 485cc moderate gummy. I decided I wanted to go larger so two days ago I got 770cc Naturelle moderate full gummy implants. He did an excellent job!

In Texas back in 2008 I had my natural large breast reduced due to extreme sagging from pregnancies. The Dr in TX (cannot remember his name) performed a breast reduction w lift and 2 months later gave me 750cc high profile saline implants. I had them removed 2012 for 450cc moderate mentor gummy. I wanted my big boobs back and De Klein gave them to me. Below you’ll see differences between my 750cc saline high profile vs my new 770cc moderate full profile gummy silicone. Totally different look. New ones haven’t dropped yet but they do not project outwards like the 750cc high profile. Instead they are full and more natural.

I plan to have them tattooed to make pretty again. This pic is 1 week post op 770cc full gummy

My boob journey - top left natural boobs
Top right 750cc HP saline (had natural reduced & 750cc implants) bottom left 485cc moderate gummy and bottom right 770cc full gummy - had natural big boobs reduced with 750cc implants in 2008 to give me same size as natural ones but back to pre baby boobs. Had 750cc saline removed for 485cc due to infected incision not healing then 770cc last week so I can have my big boobs back. Always had big boobs naturally but they got ruined w pregnancy, weight gain and breast feeding. My boob journey was to give me the nice big boobs I had before babies. Top right is after pregnancies and breast feeding. They sagged badly and I had them reconstructed w reduction + implants. I’m finally where I want to be. My 750cc lasted 6 months so I didn’t enjoy them long enough. Now I am happy

Dr. Klein replaced my 450cc gummy implants with 485cc gummy implants one year ago and revised the left breast areola to make it symmetrical with the right breast. My incisions from the previous surgery in Texas were thick and messy. Dr. Klein successfully replaced the 450cc implants with 485cc implants, cleaning up the old incisions from the Texas surgeon.

Not only that, Dr. Klein performed my second augmentation just one week ago, replacing the 485cc implants with 770cc full gummy implants because I wanted to go larger. Once again, my incisions are clean and do not look butchered for the second time. In Texas, I had a natural reduction from 750cc implants to 450cc implants, which caused each incision to worsen over time. Dr. Klein’s revisions have made my incisions look much cleaner each time.

My incisions, both times with Dr. Klein, began healing quickly within one week. If you are considering a revision, Dr. Klein is the right choice. My areolas are discolored due to the reduction I had in Texas for my mommy makeover, and I plan to have them cosmetically tattooed by a makeup artist who will restore lost pigmentation and shape them up.

When I was looking for a plastic surgeon, I had 6 consultations. I chose Dr. Klein and I’m thankful that I did. I’ve been seeing Dr. Klein for a couple of years now and I would certainly recommend him, he is an amazing doctor.

My journey started when I needed breast re-augmentation, which he performed for me in 2020. Since then, I’ve been coming back to him for Botox, BBL, fillers, and anything else I feel I need or would like to try. Dr. Klein is professional, kind, knowledgeable, honest, and he takes his time with you and truly listens. If you come in for a treatment that he feels you do not need, he will tell you and advise you. His staff is wonderful as they make you feel welcome and at home. If this is the kind of doctor you’re looking for and the experience you would like to have each time you visit, go see Dr. Klein at Northside Plastic surgery, you will not be disappointed :)

Backstory: Got Mentor implants from a different Atlanta plastic surgeon in January 2018. Flash forward to January 2022. I wake up one morning with one of my breast’s completely hard and in tons of pain. Call my previous surgeon to see if I can come in and get his opinion - I get the run around and they can’t see me unless I want to pay a $200 new patient fee (HA!). So I go through my PCP and start down the series of tests: mammogram, ultrasound then finally get an MRI. During my actual MRI the tech gives me that “oh shit” look. I get a call back the next day - “your implant has ruptured, you need to get it out asap”. *Cue all the anxiety and fear*

I talk to a friend who had plastic surgery recently and she won’t stop gushing about Dr. Klein. I immediately called and that is the moment when I realized this was the place I needed to go. PRO TIP: If you’ve never been to a PS before you may not know this - but the front office and support staff DO immensely matter and play a huge part in your journey. I cannot say enough about how nice, sweet, supportive and attentive the ENTIRE staff is at Northside Plastic Surgery. I never felt trivialized or unheard and could always count on them to follow up when they said they would.

Now on to Dr. Klein! I never knew a plastic surgeon like this existed until I met him. He actually LISTENS to everything you have to say and ensures that the plan he drafts meets all of your expectations and is something you are comfortable with. I went in knowing I did not want new implants and just wanted a lift/reconstruction, and he did NOT try and pressure me to get anything else done. (I am slightly overweight so I know that he could have recommended lipo or other procedures but he didn’t). Dr. Klein is a wonderful human and an amazing plastic surgeon.

I’m 6 weeks post op and have never been happier about how my breasts look. It seems like magic, but it’s all due to the artistry of Dr. Klein. I would and have been recommending him to whoever I can. He is the real deal and if I ever need anything else I won’t look anywhere else.

Dr Klein has been my doctor for 7 years. I know most of they reviews on this site are for his breast augmentation but he does great facial fillers
I had Restylane Lyft today and it is terrific. He is an expert injector and always tells me to call him in a couple of days if there is anything I’m concerned about

I have had a great experience with Dr.Klein. I had an abdominoplasty,lipo, and breast augmentation. He called to check on me the night of surgery. I’m two weeks post op and so far thrilled with my results.

Hi everyone! I will be 39 in a couple of months. I received a 485cc silicone breast augm from Dr Klein. Everything went amazingly! I was originally 34a cup size. I don't know what my cup size will be because it's too soon, but either a DD or DDD. I am so happy with my size and the results. I do have slight asymmetrical breast and it is so slight you can barely see it. I had that problem before my procedure and opted out of having one implant bigger than the other because they would have still been uneven. I am 5 days post op today.

I saw Dr. Klein for the first time in 2004 for a Breast Augmentation & he was very helpful & professional. The procedure went very well without any complications & no scarring.
Then this year I had an Implant to leak & deflate. I called Dr. Klein's office at the Northside Plastic Surgery to see what I needed to have done & to take care of my situation.
