I just want to be comfortable within my own skin. My clothes do not fit comfortable and I'm just sick of holding up my stomach up so that my skin will not irritate my groin area. I had my pre-op the other day and all is a go for next weekend. I am excited and now just ready to for it to be over. Have to stay busy so my mind will not worry. Ready for the flat side Updated on 6 Nov 2015: It is day 2 and its really hard getting around but I am managing. The first day I was out most of the day and really don't remember anything. The next day just pain and cathare remove so had to get to bathroom. I will have photos later today. Very irritatable Updated on 14 Nov 2015: Well I still haven't looked at my stomach other than at f/u which he only showed me a little of it. Dr. moor didn't pulled any of my drains this time. I go back on Monday and he will pull 2-3 of them and the other/s at the end of the week. Can't wait to submerge into a hot bath. I think the drains are the worse part of recovery. Oh well all down hill now. I promise to show pics next week. Roll Tide!!!!!!! Updated on 16 Nov 2015: Had one drained removed today...:( But I understand better safe than sorry. May get another done before Thanksgiving . Finally looked at my progress Updated on 20 Nov 2015: Well had 2 drains removed today so U know what that means.... A SHOWER!!! I feel so much better... The struggle is real but worth it. Updated on 25 Nov 2015: I had my last drain removed on yesterday and I feel good. I know that I'm still healing but feel good. I've been walking and that has truly helped. Now the itching has started lol I have to get my mind prepared to return to work after Thanksgiving.? Just need to take it easy. Need clothes to wear so not sure of size so hopefully can find deals.
