Just finished my first treatment. I have been tossing up about this for nearly a year now. I suffered from acne basically my whole life (am now 32) still get the odd hormonal breakout too, I have pigmentation acne scarring and fine lines also a line neck, sun damaged chest. I personally was so so anxious after reading all of the review on here but I went with my gut And booked in with dr Landeros (he is an ENT specialist) based in San Jose Mexico. He exceeded my expectations and I could not of asked for a better provider completely eased my anxiety the moment I met him. So I had a painkiller, some anti anxiety drops, face numbing cream and then lidocaine injections. I’ll admit it was painful but totally bearable I think for me it was more the anxiety after reading all the bad reviews. I found the most pain was the electric shots you feel at times. Overall amazing experience and I can’t wait to see once I’m face chills out a bit too Updated on 19 Nov 2021: You can see the superficial grid marks on my face if feels a little itchy and I have a small black eye but i allocated a good 7 or so days to recover so I’m not inconvenienced. This treatment is intense and not just a “lunch time” procedure as I’ve seen advertised a lot. I’ve just been washing my face once a day PM with a mild wash and then applying cicalfate cream 3 times a day. I believe recovery is super important to achieve maximum results Updated on 23 Nov 2021: One week post my first treatment and I’m literally blown away with my skin tone especially this is the first time in my life my skin has looked like this. You can see in the comparison photo the first photo was before the treatment second is a week after Updated on 13 Jan 2022: I just had my second treatment today. Same process and everything but was 10000 times more painful I got through it but it just goes to show how our bodies tolerate pain differently at different times. Here’a an update of how my face looked 4 weeks post my FIRST treatment vs before.
