My overall experience with Dr. Lina Franco and her staff was second to none. During consultation she took the time to explain my options, answered all my questions, and provided detailed instructions for preparation before surgery. The surgery itself was performed at a state-of-the-art facility where I was treated with professionalism and care. Post-op follow-up appointments were frequent for her to really check on me at every step of recovery. And last, but off-course no least, I am really satisfied with my surgery. Probably one of the aspects that I appreciate the most was the fact that she took a holistic approach to my concern about trying to look younger. She also recommended some skin rejuvenation laser treatment, small targeted stem cell implants from my own belly fat in some parts of my face were I had lost some fat that had me looking older, some botox here and there, and I am glad I took her suggestions and went all in with them. Other surgeons that I consulted before making my decision did not recommend other treatments in addition to the eyelid surgery itself, and Dr. Franco's holistic approach, plus her friendly, yet professional conduct, were the decision making factors.

Yo me hice una mamoplastia con la doctora Lina Franco hace ya 8 meses. La verdad mi experiencia fue muy buena: prácticamente no sentí dolor y la recuperación fue muy cómoda. Desde la primera consulta me sentí muy tranquila, porque la doctora explicó todo con mucha claridad y profesionalismo. Me ayudó a elegir el tamaño y la forma que realmente se adaptaban a mi cuerpo. Llevo muchos años entrenando en el gimnasio y para mí era muy importante poder volver a mi rutina. A las pocas semanas después de la cirugía ya pude retomar los entrenamientos poco a poco y sin problemas. También seguí muy cuidadosamente todas las indicaciones de la doctora después de la cirugía. Durante aproximadamente 5 meses usé el brasier de compresión y bras deportivos prácticamente 24/7, tal como ella recomendó. Creo que eso ayudó mucho a que el resultado se mantuviera estable y a que el escote quedara bien definido y los senos con una posición centrada y armoniosa, que era exactamente el resultado que yo quería desde el principio. Además, algo que me sorprendió mucho es que a los 7 meses las cicatrices ya son casi imperceptibles. El resultado se ve muy natural y armonioso con mi cuerpo, y estoy muy feliz con el cambio. Para mí, Lina Franco es realmente una profesional en lo que hace.

Dr Lina understood perfectly what I wanted, and together with her team they helped me achieve a smooth and satisfying recovery. They took great care of me before, during, and after the surgery. Dr Lina is an excellent professional who gave me a lot of confidence and reassurance throughout the whole process. Thanks to her and her amazing team, we achieved a wonderful result. The results are real and very natural!

Overall, I had a positive experience with the surgeon and the results of my procedures. I would rate the surgeon 5/5. The doctor was very skilled, attentive, and I felt confident in her medical expertise throughout the process. I’m very grateful for the care provided on the clinical side. However, I would rate the administration and organization closer to 3/5. There were several logistical and communication issues that made the process more stressful than it needed to be. For example, there was unclear communication about certain medications that needed to be purchased, which would have been helpful to know earlier in advance. None of these issues reflect the doctor’s ability or the quality of the surgical work, which I believe was excellent. But the administrative coordination, communication, and internal organization could definitely be improved to create a smoother experience for patients. With better management on that side, the overall experience would better match the high quality of the medical care.
