I had a consultation with Dr. Miller. The staff was highly professional, welcoming and friendly. I was seen promptly; Dr. Miller was a good listener, very thorough in outlining my options, honest about outcomes, and very generous with his time. He was my third consultation and I had no doubt, he was my new surgeon! I scheduled my date, had my procedure. My results exceeded my expectations!!! Dr. Miller is an aesthetic genius, an artist. He brought out the best in me and I became a more youthful looking version of myself. I will never go to anyone else for elective facial reconstruction!!
2 years ago I went to Dr. Miller and had Juvaderm and Botox done and I was extremely satisfied. Yesterday I went to his office thinking we were going to do the same and Dr. Miller actually did more injections with Restylane! I could not be happier. He injected under my eyes, cheek area, around my mouth and my lips! He numbed the areas first but it still was a bit uncomfortable. The only area that bruised was my lips and they are a bit swollen which is very normal. I look 10 years younger and will post pictures later! Dr. Miller is the best!
He is the best. His hands have the magic touch that makes the difference. He knows how much product to apply and where. He really gives you a better face look. I will only trust him for any treatment related with my face.
Dr. Miller and his staff are truly top-notch! His staff are so kind and accommodating, and Dr. Miller is always very careful about creating natural-looking results. I've seen him for injectibles for a couple years now and am always pleased with the results. I recently had upper and lower eyelid surgery, and I couldn't be happier! The pain was only a 1 out of 10 -- much less than I was expecting -- and after a week I was back to work looking refreshed.
dr leonard is an artist. i have never left his office disappointed after a procedure-my expectations are always exceeded because of his vision and ability. he has surrounded himself with a friendly, professional staff...can't wait to return to see them all again!
Dr. Miller is extremely kind and caring. He has an excellent eye for detail and makes me look 10 years younger. I have been receiving Botox and fillers for the past 5 years and look refreshed and natural
I'm a fit mom with two babies and a bit of a stretched out belly (not too bad but not unscathed either). Really would prefer not to get tummy tuck but know nothing will get rid of loose skin completely besides that. Decided to give microneedling a try ... I know others are in similar boat and hopeful for a different option so wanted to post and share the process! Went in yesterday. It hurt more than I thought! Felt like getting a tattoo (I have a few... may try to get those removed at some point too!). Anyway, they said I prob won't notice much of a difference after first procedure - I'm signed up for 3. Will keep posting as skin changes. Right now no more discomfort but a little swelling and pinkness on and around where needle punctured skin. Photos make everything look less intense - looks about 10-20% worse in person. Updated on 23 Feb 2017: Getting a little worried this is taking too long to heal... is this normal for 9 days after? Still red and slightly swollen have the little needle scabs everywhere.... Updated on 14 Mar 2017: I can still see a little bit of the needle marks - very faintly. It's like wider scars but at least fading. Can't see much of a difference on the belly button but maybe a touch on stretch marks? I think too early to tell , plus only one session done.
I've finally found the right surgeon to do the liposuction that I've been considering for more than a decade: Dr. Leonard Miller. On April 13, he'll liposuction my abdomen, hips, buttocks, and thighs. I eat healthfully and exercise regularly, but my inveterate lower body refuses to give any indication of that. Updated on 21 Feb 2017: It can't come soon enough. Updated on 19 Mar 2017: I'm becoming more excited as the days become fewer. I'm maintaining my exercise program and have made some small adjustments to my diet. I want my annoying bulges GONE. Updated on 2 Apr 2017: I'm becoming more excited as my surgery date approaches. I've been strict about avoiding alcohol, NSAIDs, and vitamin E supplements. I've been eating cleaner and diligent about taking my vitamins. I've begun taking bromelain and turmeric, in addition to digestive enzymes and probiotics. I'm buying two compression garments later this week, when I'll take my measurements. I'll also make green smoothies to freeze and cook some nourishing food to have on hand. Updated on 6 Apr 2017: Yesterday, I ordered two compression garments. I just picked up my prescriptions. It's happening! Updated on 13 Apr 2017: I'm reclining in the recovery room. The soreness is slightly less than what I experience the day after a new, intense workout. Updated on 13 Apr 2017: You know the soreness you feel the day after an unusually-intense workout? That feels more uncomfortable. I walked out of the clinic (escorted by a nurse, of course) to my friend's car. I walked with her two older children to the library, where we relaxed and read. We walked back to their home, where they watched the youngest while mom and I peeled vegetables and did the dishes. I took a brief break to change the little one's diaper and get her dressed for bed. After dinner, I walked home. I haven't taken any plain acetaminophen or what the surgeon prescribed. Honestly? I'm kind of weirded out by how comfortable I feel. I hope that it lasts. Updated on 14 Apr 2017: I'm still mildly sore. I still don't even need Tylenol. I'm looking forward to showering tomorrow night or Sunday morning and seeing how bruised and swollen I am. Overall, I feel great. I'm going grocery shopping later. Updated on 16 Apr 2017: It felt soooo good to take a shower. I hadn't since the day of the surgery. My soreness is almost gone. I'm still swollen and bruised, as you can see in the photos. My outer thighs and flanks, in particular, feel swollen. I'm looking forward to seeing the swelling recede. Updated on 16 Apr 2017: And post photos. Here goes: Updated on 19 Apr 2017: Even with the swelling, they haven't changed. So, I'm happy about that. I was worried about my clothes being too tight to wear post-surgery. Tomorrow, I'll have my stitches removed. Hopefully, I'll be cleared to return to the gym. I miss working out. Updated on 31 Aug 2019: I’m still happy that I did it. I love my shape. I’m no longer running, thanks too patellofemoral osteoarthritis in my left knee. (See the slight swelling there.) Yet, I’m still active. I do an hour of intense non-impact cardio five times per week, lift weights and do ab work for an out three times per week, and do forty-five minutes of physical-therapy exercises three times per week. Yesterday, I had my third EmSculpt session. I’m having both my abdomen and buttocks treated. I’ve yet to see any aesthetic changes from that, by my abdominals and glutes definitely feel stronger. I’ll write a separate review about that. Later this month, l’ll have SculpSure to refine my inner thighs a bit. I’ll have that done by one of Dr. Miller’s nurses. (His staff are all amazing.) Updated on 31 Aug 2019:
Amazing experience! Dr. Miller is wonderful. I felt so comfortable with him and knew I was in great hands. I had Botox injected in my forehead, smile area and temples. I am excited to see the results in a few days. Juvederm was injected in my marionette lines and smile lines and Restalyn in my upper and lower lip . I was looking for a very subtle change and I know that is what I got. Very happy with my "Liquid facelift" !
Dr. Miller is an artistic genius and a brilliant physician. He has performed surgical and non-surgical procedures on me for over 10 years, and the results are always beautiful and very natural-looking. He keeps up to date on all of the current plastic surgery procedures, is scrupulously honest, and his recommendations are always conservative. My friends are amazed that I have had any work done on my face and body because I look so natural. I am by nature a very cautions person, but I trust Dr. Miller implicitly.
Blue veins in the face usually do not respond well to IPL or phototherapy treatments. A NdYag laser or a similar laser treatment should be effective for blue veins with a thin diameter
The picture you submitted is not clear to see the full extent of your bulge but the area over the outside of the hip is very amenable to liposuction and significant results can be achieved especially when the bulge is prominent. Seek a well qualified doctor and a standard liposuction procedure using a wet injection technique and small cannulas is what you need
I feel you should be a candidate for liposuction in the pec, lateral chest wall ,stomach and hip areas. Exercise and some dieting may prove of little benefit in someone with your size and shape. Significant improvement should be able to be achieved.
Swelling after Juvederm is a normal occurrence. It will most likely resolve in 7 to 10 days. You can massage gently. If the ridge doesn't resolve return to your injector for injection of Vitrase to remove the Juvederm
Thank you for your question. All Hyaluronic Acid fillers can be reversed by using Hyaluronidase to dissolve all or some of the Juvederm.
