Hi Stefasaf,This can definitely be corrected and your smile can be improved with some gum recontouring. What you will need to undergo is to make the gum level to put it at the same level as the 2 front central teeth which would both, increase the length of the side teeth to make them similar to the central teeth and reduce the amount of gum - which would make a really big difference! This can be done surgically or sometimes with a laser depending on a few things. Your dentist will be able to go through both options. Goodluck
Hi Jmallah,From you photo, it looks like orthodontics and possibly even invisalign may do the trick. This would definitely make your smilke wider for your mouth which is what is ideal and will close the black corridors between the back teeth and cheeks which would look much nicer. Goodluck
Hi Scotty2015,Without seeing any photos of your teeth, I can generally say that it should definitely be possible to get implants for your whole mouth to improve your smile, eat well again and to make you more confident. They should also be very comfortable. A lot of the time, Implants are mainly used to replace several broken and missing teeth either for the whole mouth or part of the mouth.I do want to caution you though, about the smoking. I am not sure if you are still smoking or not, I have to say that smoking will and does cause a potential problem and it is a contraindication toward healing following implant placement. If you are intending to get implants it is a good idea not to smoke.Goodluck
