I had absolutely no problems from start to finish it was a very easy process . I had to get medically cleared and get lab work from my primary doctor to be eligible for surgery which was no problem. Then I met dr. Wright the day of my surgery, I’ll admit I was so nervous I’m a single mom of 3 but after meeting her and my anesthesiologist I felt as if I was in good hands . I got a breast augmentation my boobs were very uneven before and Dr.Wright made them as even as possible while making them look amazing ! I am very pleased with the whole process.
All i have to say is Dr. Wright, located in Miami is the goat. Personable, caring and very attentive to your needs. Now the staff is a different animal. From beginning to end there was wrong information given to me. Even my post op care wasn't scheduled. I had to call them to find out what was going on. Always blaming it on the scheduling dept. I was suppose to have a massage on the day of my post op and they had the nerve to say i want scheduled and the masseuse left. Mind you, it was only about 12pm. And when I did get a massage, it only lasted about 20 mns and that's being generous. I wanted to buy a faja from them but went against it because one day it was $75, then the next day is was $150. When asked what is the difference in the 2, they said it was the placing of the zipper. Like wtf. The whole staff needs to be revamped, like asap.
Everyone was nice, i went in planning a tummy tuck and day of Dr. Wright said I should do Lipo 360 instead and it will look good and not leave the scar. I said okay. Mind you I had lost weight so my point is I wanted no loose skin. I’m currently 2 months post op, have loose skin, am lumpy and experiencing some fibrosis. I also had implant removal with breast lift. The stitches are no dissolving, some I had to remove, they’re closed now so they’re poking my skin and it hurts, I’m also left with dog ears on side of boobs.
To start off, Dr. Wright was incredible and delivered 1000%. I did Lipo 360 and she contoured my body amazingly. I had a great shape to begin but she took it to another level. The staff however walk around with their heads cut off. My surgical coordinator was changed 4 times, no one could answer basic questions about post op care, 3-4 days to get a call/ email back. I ended up waiting to the last minute to pay the rest of my balance because the wait time over the phone were ridiculous. Office wait times were even worse. I can deal with the inorganization at the office but the post-op massage needs to change STAT. I paid for my massages with the facility and did not receive more than a 5 minute massage after waiting 3 hours in the waiting room (Took me longer to get undressed than the actual massages itself). The waiting room looked like a factory of women. All of them were triple booked... The first drainage massages after surgery are most critical for best healing. The way they massaged were harsh. No consideration whatsoever. The ladies who took care of me reopened my wounds with a wooden stick to drain me, pushed down in 2 areas and sent me home (I have them all recorded). I had an issue with my stomach area because they were not draining me correctly. Once i noticed, i made an appointment with another company who specializes in post-op massages. It took me 2 weeks to get rid of the seroma i had in my stomach area - that could have been prevented. I did not return to the MIA clinic for the remainder of my 2 massages that I paid for. (I went to Sapphire Therapy, they are amazing) Honestly other than the office staff and massage therapist, i love my results. Thankfully, I am healing well since i went somewhere else for massages and looking my better than expected. My advice for best results would be to 1. Look elsewhere for the post op massages. 2. Be strict with the lipo garments, foam and ab board. 3. TRUST THE PROCESS! Thank you Dr. Wright!
Back on Real Self after almost 9 yrs! This round I will be getting a Mommy Makeover , removing old implants (2008 425cc) with a lift (gong much smaller, maybe down to 325cc) and TT with lipo. Still considering arm & inner thigh lipo, but I decide once I go for my pre-op appt on 4/17. CW - 130, HT - 4'11, 34DDD - I had a BBL in 2015 with Dr. Anthony Hasan .. yes, I was Hasanified ! Still like my results but he recommended a tummy tuck way back then but I didn't listen? So here I am .. did lots of research and chose Dr. Wright. More updates to follow!
