Last year, I had several treatments of Cool Sculpting to reduce my fatty neck. The Cool Sculpting worked well but the neck was left with some lose skin. I chose Ultherapy to lift and firm my neck and jaw line. Even with face numbing creams and a muscle relaxer, the procedure was uncomfortable. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would rate the discomfort a 6 or 7. However, the setting is very relaxing and with focus and meditation, the procedure seemed to pass quickly. There is no down time to the procedure. Although there was a slight amount of puffiness when I left the doctor's office, I felt very comfortable going immediately to a restaurant for lunch. By the next day, the puffiness was completely gone and there was no bruising. Although real results may not begin to show for 3 months, I already feel a new tightness/firmness in my skin. I would highly recommend this procedure to anyone who is results oriented and wants a noninvasive lift.
