Dear Parker, 40 units Botox for &nbsp;crow's feet lines ( 20 on each side) is a very high dose and if given closer to orbital rim, it may affect the extra-ocular muscles which control the movement and weaken them. This may lead to Diplopia or double vision. I have also seen some cases of Diplopia when BOTOX substitutes were used as their diffusion radius is more than standard Botox and may affect vision even if injected at normal sites of injection. This is likely to improve in 3-4 months time. Take extra care while driving or climbing down the stairs. Dr K M Kapoor India

I had Botox injected around my eyes, total 40 units. I had it on Tuesday and on Thursday I noticed that my vision has changed. I can see read very well when I look straight and when I move my eyes to the left. When I look far up I see double and also when I look to the right. Finally I figured that is my right eye that is causing it. Also one eye is trailing the other. I was perfectly fine before the procedure. Why doctors can’t admit that this is side effect from Botox?

Dear Cheryl K, The Botox treatment for crow feet lines and fillers in tear trough areas may some time cause appearance of 'Eyebags' in lower eyelids. In your case, Botox treatment seems to be less effective in lower one third. If wrinkles are bothering you, you can have more botox in lower one third of Crow feet lines ( although total 25-30 units for both sides are generally adequate in cases like yours). &nbsp;If you have swelling in lower eyelids area, avoid more botox and let filler settle down in nest 10-15 days. Hello Dr. I'm 46 but now I feel I look 86. I had 40 units of botox injected around my eyes for crows feet and a full syringe of Beletero under eye filler. now I have more noticeable wrinkles than I had before. What can I do if anything about the wrinkles under my eye that are causing me to look worse now especially when I smile?? as you probably guessed this was my first experience with Botox and under eye fillers. The drains are kept till the drainage is less than 30 ml in 24 hours for 2 days. Generally it takes 4-6 days before suction drains are removed. Dr K M Kapoor

I am 169lbs 5 feet 5. 5 inches tall and am getting both bbl and tummy tuck surgery in October. I know that pictures are not the best way to decide on a good candidate for surgery but feel free to add advice... I've included a wish pic... is it possible?

In mini tummy tuck, the umbilicus is generally not incised and only lower part of infra-umbilical skin fold is removed. This leads to pulling down of umbilicus to a lower position, as has happened in your case probably. Also the skin above umbilicus &nbsp;will remain relatively lax after mini tummy tuck. You can &nbsp;go for Full Tummy Tuck surgery and repositioning of umbilicus will happen at a higher place as it will be released from abdominal skin flap with a circular incision all around. You will get tighter skin on abdomen , both above and below the newly positioned umbilicus.

Hello I did a mini tummy tuck a year ago. Would I be able to get a tummy tuck? Will this affect the placement of my navel because I feel like it is already lower and I will like it a little higher? Is this possible

BOTOX treatment
is very effective in reducing the size of masseter muscle (Jaw muscle) in patients with
overdeveloped and prominent masseter. As BOTOX partially weakens it, the muscle becomes smaller with time. The other effect is
that a weaker muscle is not able to grind like it used to, so any nighttime
grinding habit is quickly broken. A total of 25-40 Units of BOTOX is injected in each Masseter initially
and patients are reviewed after one month. This procedure is very safe as long as the injection sites are below an imaginary line joining ear lobe to angle of mouth as chances of altering smile pattern ( involving Risorius muscle) becomes very low. It is also important to mark the muscle boundaries by clenching and then releasing the jaw muscles.
