Dr D' Amore was very attentive to the look I was going for. The gave me exactly what I wanted. I am so happy I didn't have to travel to NYC or Miami to get my procedure. So happy to have a world class plastic surgeon with her skill set right in town. She did a subfascial placement for me based on my lifestyle and they look so natural. I am 100% satisfied with my results.
A great experience, and I am in LOVE with my new body. I had a breast reduction from Dr. D'Amore, and I truly could not be happier. She is very thorough, meticulous, and an artist about the entire process. She didn't just care about cutting me down to size, so to speak, but also making sure that my new breasts and the surrounding area would actually fit and flatter my body. She gave very thorough pre-and post-op instructions that helped me heal quickly and with very minimal pain. I was back on my feet in no time! Apologies for no pics, I'm a bit too shy for that still, but I've never been more at home in my own skin, and my body really feels like MINE now.
I’m proud to be the first one to review Dr. D’Amore on realself, she has been in business for 22 years and performed thousands of surgeries I’m sure in that time. I know the other plastic surgeons actually pass out cards before you leave the office directing their patients straight to realself to leave a review and that’s why they have so many. Well I want the world to know that if you haven’t met Dr. D’amore in Canandaigua NY, you are MISSING OUT. She is a true artist, meticulous, cares about the final result and not just working only on the exact area you paid for, she cares about the over all result and how it looks aesthetically, OH and she has bed side manner too! I know several people who have gone to her and feel the same way but Dr Damore isn’t big on social media and making her accolades known, she just IS what she IS. She’s the Emperor WITH the CLOTHES! I had a tummy tuck 3 years ago and she was amazed at her own work when I came back for a back lift this year in August, which was also an IMMACULATE work of art. If you want someone who is proficient, thorough and MODERN in her work then RUN DONT walk to DR Kimberly D’amore !!!!
My implants are only 2 yrs old. My right was getting droopy, felt softer than the other, and started to get a little bulge. A year ago my 3 yr old son and i were horsing around and he stepped on my boob. I felt a slight burning sensation but it didn’t have any visible issue. I could feel it for months and I thought that the implant pressed on the pocket and tore the pocket a little. I was going through a difficult transition at the time and really didn’t think anything was wrong with my implant. Until about 3 months go I noticed it was displaced slightly and had a little bulge at the bottom where I thought the pocket had been torn. I live in a new place and had to lookup a new PS. I did...and she gave me a consult. She thought that the incident I described wasn’t enough to rupture an implant but recommended an ultrasound just to be sure. Or I could wait three months and come back and see if there were any changes. I opted for the ultrasound. The ultrasound showed a rupture and next week I go in for an MRI. I’m super disappointed ???? Updated on 30 Mar 2021: Glad I went smaller. My first set of implants were 255cc moderate profile. I had them done in Japan. One ruptured and I had to wait a year to have them replaced (long story). They were textured and one ruptured. The replacement surgery recovery was terrible . So glad I picked a better PS this time. Can’t say enough about her. Since my first set was done in Japan, there was no exact replacement size in the US and I was forced to rethink my sizing. Second time around I decided on 200cc low profile and I’m really pleased with how natural they look. I’m 5’1” and a petite 105lbs, typically wear size XS and 0 for pants and dresses. Also, I’m 46 yrs old and it looks weird at my age to have boobs popping out. The first set were moderate profile and they popped out quite a bit. I didn’t like the way clothing fit. I had to get a larger size on shirts and had issues keeping the top buttons closed...they constantly came undone. Updated on 31 Mar 2021: I'm a year and a half post op but wanted to share some pictures. I comment quite often on those contemplating small implants...and some have asked for pics. My first set had one rupture in the first year and I had to replace them. Totally not normal and nobody knows why it ruptured. I lived with the ruptured implant for a year before getting them redone. My first set was textured and the removal of a ruptured textured implant is absolutely horrific. DO NOT GET TEXTURED IMPLANTS. When getting them replaced I was back in the states and could not get the same size I had before. So I decided to go way down in size for a couple reasons. 1. I was getting divorced so the boobs were just for me now. 2. I'm short and petite and had trouble finding shirts that didn't make me look matronly or top heavy. 3. Sweaters made me look heavier than I am. 4. My shirts wouldn't stay buttoned.
First set 400cc intermediate saline at age 35, second set 600cc high profile saline at age 41. (Currently 48) Saw Dr. Kim D’Amore in Canandaigua NY for both surgeries. Extremely happy with the results. After having a child and subsequently becoming involved as a fitness competitor where my body fat for a or ranges 7-9% and anywhere 10-15% off season I had just wanted to fill out my breasts for more fullness. Very happy with the results Updated on 26 Nov 2017: This is 7years post surgery Updated on 20 Nov 2018: High profile saline 550cc
