I have wanted a breast augmentation since high school. After having my children, I knew I needed a bit added to my breasts. I met with Dr Khurram Rashid to discuss my wishes and desires. He gave me the options regarding size, fill, under or over the muscle, and the pros and cons to each choice. I left my first consult feeling very informed and comfortable. My second consult, we decided on size, implant type, and placement. I could not have felt more comfortable with my decision to go with Sientra anatomical, high profile 545cc implants. I am exactly one month out from surgery and my breasts look and feel incredible. I have received so many compliments from other women that have asked what doctor I went to and wanting to know the details of my surgery. My previous bra size was a 34 B 1/2 or 34 C (gaping in cups), I now wear a 36DD (E).

I've been considering breast augmentation since my oldest was done nursing, about 10 years ago. I've been in my best health for the last 2-3 years, and with that consistency came the confidence to go forward with surgery scheduling. (Currently 5'6" and 125lbs). I had a very straightforward consultation with Dr. Rashid and he recommended over the muscle for my frame, chest shape, and active lifestyle. My procedure was December 29, went so smoothly with the exception of my nerves hitting a brick wall and almost passing out (all anxiety, nothing more). I was in at 7 and home by 1145 if I remember correctly. So far recovery has been pretty uneventful, lots of resting and trying to take it slow. My follow up is in 3 days, so I'll update once bandages are removed and I can get a better look. Updated on 7 Jan 2022: Bras I tried on briefly today were a comfy 34c which make me super happy! I feel like they've started to drop and soften so much the last few days. I was a little worried about some redness day 6 but doctors checked it and it was completely normal! Can't wait to see them minus tape next week! Updated on 14 Mar 2022: Still feeling pretty good, left side is like a perfectly natural breast but right side is still a little tighter. Only 2 months out so trying to just massage it til it does what I want LOL going to keep trying to stretch and use the muscles so everything relaxes! Updated on 22 Aug 2022: Still love them! Softened even more, right side finally relaxed a bit and I feel like I rarely notice them anymore. Settled into either a 34c or 34d depending on the bra. I haven't had any discomfort for quite some time. Happy happy!

I had a previous tummy tuck a year lad a half proof to this one. I wasn't happy with the results so I went to see another plastic surgeon. I also wanted breast augmentation at this time. My procedure lasted around five hours and it went very smoothly. I have been pretty pleased with the results!!!!! Updated on 14 Sep 2014: This picture is five months post op. Still somewhat tender and sore around belly button area doing certain ab exercises. I'm sure this will get better in time.

I received botox on the forehead between eyes for my V lines, juvederm on my lower mouth area and juvederm volume in my upper cheeks. My cheek area had fallen and was no longer full looking and around the bottom of my mouth I sort of looked like Howdy Doody. After a few days I was amazed at the results. My cheeks were fuller and I no longer had those heavy lines running down from my mouth!!

Reduce fine lines, liposuction, fuller lips . Staff is very friendly. Dr is very personable and caring. Best results I've had from any place I have been to. Would highly recommend for Botox, lip filler, liposuction and reduction. Have referred family and friends for different procedures all with positive outcomes.

Hi realselfers, I'm 38 years old and Im married with 3 kids, ages 20, 17 and 12. I had 2 c-sections and a tubal which completely ruined my breast and stomach. For 12 years I have been thinking about getting a TT and BA, however I never seem to have time for me. My son who is 17 has cerebral palsy so he requires a lot of care and attention which I love to give to him, but I feel sad and so insecure inside because I hate my body. My husband tells me I'm beautiful all the time but I'm so insecure with my body that I don't even believe him. I just need to do it for me, so I can finally feel comfortable in my own skin. Updated on 5 Jan 2015: Sorry it's been so long since I've posted anything. No I haven't scheduled surgery yet, I wanted to lose about 10 more pounds prior to having it so I don't have any more loose skin. I did have CO2 laser resurfacing about 5 days ago and Im healing well. I'm done peeling and oozing, just really red and itchy still. I'm hoping to schedule TT for April.
