Kevin Keller

I feel tremendously blessed that Dr. Keller was part of my Oncology team. After 30 years of saggy DD breasts, l now have a beautiful chest with my own nipples (reduced to balance the C sized, high profile implants). Dr. Keller is an artist & I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I can wear what l want, and no longer need uncomfortable bras to lift my chest off my stomach. I love them!!! Every October, Dr. Keller & his partners host a banquet for their breast cancer patients. I have yet to win one of the prize drawings (botox, fillers, massage, etc.) but I'm still trying.

I had a BA in 2005. I was born with a shifted sternum which made my left breast much larger than my right. I had saline 275 left and 400 right. My PS originally thought he may have to do a minor lift but after placing the implants he was happy with the sizing and did not do a lift. I was super happy with the results. Fast forward 13 years and 3 kids later! My skin and tissue have changed drastically and the size difference is back. It’s back due to the pregnancy’s and natural changes it’s gaining and losing weight.

I had my consult with the same doctor and I’m scheduled for pre-op on 2/20 and surgery on 2/28.

I am still not set on size- we are keeping the same difference of 125 cc’s so my breasts are as close to the same size as possible. I will be have the breast life as well. I’ll be having the mentor high profile silicone implants this time. I want the round look.

I believe i was a 32 small b and small c before my first surgery. I can wear a 34D but there is room due to all of the saggy skin. I would like to be a full D / DD.

I really need to decide the ccs to put back in. I’m conflicted because I’ll be having the lift and I’m not sure how much that will change the overall size ???????????

I found this cute bra at Marshall’s- hoping it will work for post surgery.

I’ve been reading reviews nonstop trying to grasp a better understanding of what size i should request at my pre-op.

I’ve read if i don’t go atleast 200cc larger then i won’t notice a difference at all. I made some 250cc rice sizers and wore them the other day. I felt comfortable in them, but i am still unsure because of the current implants i have. If i did an additional 250 then I’d have 525 in my left and 650 in my right.
I’m 5’7”
140 pounds
Currently wearing a 34D, my left breast fits but my right is a 34C

Ok! So i have some new information about the implants I’ll be getting. They are the new Mentor HP xtra memory gel. Here are pictures of them compared to regular saline (which is what i have now). One is 450cc and the other is 380cc in the photo. I am very excited to have these! They were very squishy and very jelly-like.

Someone had asked how i was having the implants put in and my doctor had said he would put them in through the same underarm incision i currently have, but i don’t know if things will change. He is the doctor that created the “Keller Funnel” and I’m wondering if he can use that to put them in through my arm Even though they are so big... not sure, but he’s a genius so I trust his methods.

I am so excited and I feel that I have the “look” I want pinpointed. Now, it will be up to my PS to tell me what cc to use. My pre op is next Tuesday and I can’t wait to have all that settled. I ordered the boobie butter and scar salve from Eden knows implants and I’ll start the butter as soon as I get it.

Does anyone have any cc guesses as to what my ps Will suggest?

Currently wearing a 34D (but my right is a C) and i currently have 275R and 400L saline under the muscle. I’ll be getting a lift. I am 5’7” and 140 lbs.
I’m getting the mentor hp xtra memory gel.

My wish pic girl is 5’10”, around 130 lb and has HP 545cc and wears a 34DD (or maybe a 34D?)

My preop is in the morning! I’m super excited. I have several questions I will be asking. We will nail down the size as well. My surgery is so soon I literally can not wait. I have my boobie butter and have been using it twice a day, I purchased my arnica tablets too. This weekend I’ll be cleaning my house like crazy.

I have also settled on one person for my wish pics. love her boobs! I do like the more fake look so i think this is spot on :-)

My pre op was this morning. I am so excited about my surgery.

I am getting a full anchor lift, Dr. said that with this lift the pressure is dispersed more with a new implant, so I won’t have any weird nipple shapes after I heal. We were originally going with the new mentor HP xtra but once we started to talk and i showed him my wish pics he pulled out the natrelles. It definitely through me off because I thought we had decided on Mentor. We compared and he was concerned the mentor are too ball shaped and he’d rather use the overfilled natrelle. I agreed and felt comfortable with that immediately. He pushed the implant against his hand and showed me how it would sit behind the muscle. It will still have the high projection. I’m going with the #2 cohesiveness (mid level of gumminess) and he’s ordering the smooth round full and smooth round extra full and will decide on the table what to do.

I think my bwd is around 13, because we were discussing sizes and he was pointing around the 13.5 mark on the charts and we decided that he would choose the size on the table too. A big reason is that my breasts are already so difference size wise that I’ll end up with a 125 or 150 cc size difference so he’s going to just play with the sizing and choose. He knows my goal is a DD. He will be inserting under my arm again, he will use his own “Keller Funnel” i joked with him he’s a celebrity for creating that. But pretty cool!

Very confident in my surgery plans, i can’t wait for this week to go by! My rx’s are ready to pick up . I have my arnica Montana tablets and the nurse told me to get some bromelain. Will update later!

I have everything ready for my surgery. I had to order the colace and bromelain- i couldn’t find colace in stock anywhere (weird?!) and bromelain was so hard to find in drugstores. So i ordered both from amazon. My house is clean and I’m enjoying my last (Lush) bubble bath that I’ll be able to have for a while. Haha! I also got myself a pedicure!

I’ve done some more research on the Natrelle that we switched too and I’m very excited about them. 4 days and counting!

My surgery was at 8:00 am and i was heading home around 11:45
I got the SSX - natrelle inspira smooth soft touch xtra full!
445 in my left and 545 in my right!
I’m so excited to have them switched out. And they feel very tight even though i had saline before (275 and 400)
I woke up with a lot of burning. Thankfully no nausea. I was given my pain med before i left and I’ve been sleeping then.
I’m about to dose off again. Here me post op!

I stopped taking my oxy yesterday morning and switched to Advil. My nurse said to take 800mg but I’ve weaned down to 600 and I’ve been good with that. I am still taking my muscle relaxer. My upper back is so sore (i am thinking from sleeping so upright ) and my chest is so tight. My incisions look fine- I have an ointment to apply at least once a day. I go for another post op appointment on Tuesday.
They are rock hard, and it’s such a strange feeling. I can feel the top of the implant about an inch or so from my collarbone! I know they will settle.
So i started taking colace 3 days before my surgery to help combat the constipation caused by oxy, and I still haven’t gone, i am so bloated it’s scary. I think i need my husband to pick up a laxative because I’m so miserable from that!
Otherwise, I’m just resting and easing into activity. Here are some pics.

The heaviness is real! When i remove my post op bra it gets so hard to breathe. I am not used to the weight of the implants at all. I also really hope that my left is swollen because it is still much larger than my right (and it has 100ccs less than my right)

I have another appointment tomorrow, I’m anxious to hear what he says. My incisions look fine, no issues that i see. I’m still scared of them so I’m taking it really easy.

I ended up having to take exlax twice because i was so bloated. It worked and I’m starting to feel better. My strength is down, i tire so easily and i don’t like that.

My left croaks when i lift my arm, lol. It’s a little freaky.

I am not sure how much d&f I’m going to get with these ultra firm implants, I’m hoping they’ll fluff because they don’t feel much bigger than what i had before, even though they are much more perky. They are hard as rocks.
