I had the stainless tummy tuck & Liposuction. I'm excited the surgery is over, but it's leaking fluids now and is annoying. My doctor said it was normal and removed some fluids with a needle. After the surgery it wasn't difficult to stand up. It's been 13 days since my surgery. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
I'm 32. 5'5 ,115 lbs. 32b deflated(I was a 32D prior to having kids) I have no upper pole fullness and can't wear cleavage tank tops like I used too. I also miss wearing a bikini and not feeling self conscious. My goal is to achieve a full D or DD look. I'm small frame so we decided on high profile 425cc Updated on 25 Nov 2015: 32b to 32DDD I could not be happier! Still a little swollen but pain free! Seriously seeking BA for the New Year. Have selected doc and timeframe and now I just really need to commit on size. I dont have more to ass at this point but 140 more characters are needed so I’m typing away with the goal of editing once I am further along with this process. Tomorrow first pre-op appt will be scheduled to secure a surgery date. Updated on 10 Dec 2017: Surgery is scheduled for 1/10! Pre-op appointment for bloodwork went well and we are a green light for 322CC cohesive silicone gel round implants OVER the muscle. Updated on 11 Jan 2018: 322 cc allergen cohesive gel implants over the muscle. Updated on 23 Jan 2018: Evenings I have more tightness and swelling because I have resumed part time work and most household chores, but otherwise healing well. I can Raise my arms a little higher each day too. Updated on 28 Jan 2018: Wow....2 days shy of 3 weeks post op and the pain is still non-stop. A constant feeling of burning/stinging/tightness. It reminds me a lot of Braxton-hicks contractions....but in my breasts. This especially occurs in the evening. My next post op is a week 4 +1 day, so hopefully he will have advice or it will have subsided by then. Most people posting here with “overs” sound like they are back to exercise and pretty pain free by week 4. I just hope nothing is wrong with my recovery. Updated on 20 Feb 2018: I’m 7 hours shy of my 6 weeks post op day so I thought I would take a few photos. Left side has dropped and softened a little more than the right and I hope things even out by weeks 10-12. For bra fitting: a full coverage in 34D fits well, but for Demi-cup a 32DD fits best. I’m measuring 30.5 at the band and 35.5 at the fullest part (nipple-line). Very happy so far with my 322CC textured “overs” from Allergen. I will return to weight training tomorrow and will row vs run for the next two weeks. Waiting for my high impact full support sports bra to arrive. I may need to splurge for the Lululemon TaTa Tamer, but I’m trying an off brand from Amazon first. Updated on 20 Feb 2018: Updated on 27 Feb 2018: Updated on 23 Mar 2018: Back to running and weight training with little to no issues.
I am getting a 500cc BA and lipoabdominoplasty. I found Dr. Ken Arashiro online and I met someone else on this forum who recently had surgery with him. After speaking with several friends and acquaintances, and hearing nothing but great things about him, I decided he would definitely be my surgeon. I had my first appointment with Dr. Ken Arashiro on the 12th of May. He showed me several pictures of his patients and his work was flawless. He is a little conservative but I think it's a good thing that he wants to make sure his clients look good and not be unhappy. He suggested 450cc, and I suggested 500cc. We settled on 500c. I later suggested 550cc but he said it would be too big on me. I trust him and think I'll be happy with 500cc. We had a second appointment for a blood test, pick a surgery date, and make the initial deposit of 20% of the total cost. I am set for surgery on 23 June at 0800. I'm very excited for the results but not the process of healing. If you are active duty, YOU MUST READ THIS. I am active duty military. I had to go to TRICARE first to get all the necessary paperwork that has to be routed and approved by my squadron commander and the Med Group commander. I''ve already gotten approval from my unit commander. Now I have to route it through the Med Group but the reps at TRICARE said there haven't been any issues with Dr. Arashiro being approved for elective surgery. Getting elective surgery without prior approval is punishable. Do not risk your career just because you don't want to take a couple extra steps. Updated on 28 Jun 2017: Surgery Day- 8:00 AM checked in, changed out of my clothes, had my vitals taken, and was on the surgery table within 30 minutes. It was great to not have to wait around forever. I was out immediately. When I started coming to, I struggled to open my eyes. I was not in any pain but I was extremely nauseous the rest of the day. I wasn't able to eat. I drank a lot of coconut water which helped because I didn't have a lot of fluids in me from having fasted, so there wasn't much to throw up. It helped my throat not hurt so much and it didn't taste bad coming out. My chest felt very tight, but I guess that's what I get for wanting to go "big" on the implants. The TT incision was not painful. I was just very sore. I left the clinic wearing a torso brace, wrapped in bandage and the abdominal binder I purchased on Amazon. 1 Day Post Op- Best day... I still had good pain killers and no more nausea. Went back to see the Dr. and had the drains removed and I didn't have to wear the torso brace anymore. I left wearing the compression bra I purchased and the abdominal binder. 2 - 5 days post op- feeling mostly discomfort and super impatient. Walking only to the bathroom and kitchen. It really hurts my back when I walk around too much, and it's exhausting. Went to go see the Dr. on day 5 because I had discharge from the TT incision and a blister in on of the skin folds. It was nothing serious, no infection or hematoma. Day 6 Post Op - starting to feel better... I am able to move around a little easier, but still not normal walking. I'm able to lift my arms overhead and my chest doesn't feel so hard. I think the implants are starting to drop and I'm loving my big boobs. It's easier to breathe too. I go back to the Dr. tomorrow to have the stitches removed. Will post more if there are any changes.
