Thank goodness I found Dr. Elledge as she is truly one-of-a-kind with her incredible depth of knowledge, compassionate care, and the amount of time she spends with you to explain the procedure is beyond what you would expect. She treated me for an unfortunate "benefit" of growing older. Even though I feel 26, at 56 certain parts of my body have decided to betray me by replacing what used to fun and enjoyable with extreme blinding pain that is a combination of fire and more fire. As Dr. Elledge prepped me for the treatment, and throughout the next 30 minutes or so, she took the time necessary to make me feel comfortable, at ease, and explained in detail exactly what was to occur each step in the process. She continually checked my pain level while ensuring that the treatment was thorough enough to get the job done. Dr. Elledge is also an early adopter of this treatment, and most likely has more experience and knowledge of the MonaLisa than the majority of doctors performing it in Los Angeles and Orange County combined. Dr. Elledge is that rare physician that has a gentle spirit, an impressive knowledge base of various state-of-the-art treatments available, and pricing model that allows one to afford the much-needed care. I experienced my first Sculpsure treatment and it was great!! Dr. Elledge's professionalism and expertise made the service best in class. I can't wait for my next appointment! The procedure takes approximately 25 minutes per area with a little added time for photos and pre/post treatment prep. The doctor performs the service and is with you the entire time to ensure everything is perfectly executed and the patient is comfortable. Results will start to show between now and my 2nd treatment.

I have been going to Dr. Elledge for a little under a year and all i can say is WOW! Her staff is absolutely amazing, respectful, and so helpful. Dr. Elledge literally could not have a kinder heart. She has the most amazing personality for her line of work. It is easy to see how much she actually cares about her patients. Her office has always been quick to follow-up with me when results are back from tests and when procedures have been needed she thoroughly explained exactly what was going on and what was to be expected. As busy as Dr. Elledge is, she has a way of making you feel like you are her only priority, which to me is an amazing trait of a doctor. I recently had a procedure called ThermiVa and without being too specific, lets just say that very same day my sex life was changed for the better. So much more sensitivity and easier to reach an orgasm! If it has been this amazing after only one treatment I cannot imagine getting more. The procedure itself is fairly easy and pain free for the most part. There were a couple times where I felt a little discomfort, but nothing that was unbearable. The procedure took about an hour, but fortunately Dr. Elledge was so easy to talk to that I was not concerned about it at all. Today I had the Mona Lisa Touch procedure done and it was more uncomfortable than the ThermiVa, but so much quicker. I was in pain for about two hours after when I would pee, but that was about it. I cannot wait to see the results of this one! Overall, I recommend Dr. Elledge 100%!

I was suffering from symptoms related to menopause and Dr. Elledge recommended a series of Mona Lisa treatments. I did about three and was not progressing as well as I would have liked. She then introduced Thermiva laser treatments which in conjunction with two more Mona Lisa treatments resolved my issues completely! The combination of the two lasers worked wonders. At the time of the procedure, I was 29 years old. Over the past couple of years I have noticed that my lower abdomen was starting to get a little "pudgy"..... I met with Dr. Elledge in Torrance, CA and she explained the SculpSure procedure in full detail. She informed me that I might need a second treatment to really get the results that I was looking for....I chose to purchase 1 treatment and had it done the same day. The procedure itself was pretty comfortable. I felt deep warmth followed by waves of cooling....the cooling helped to make the treatment very tolerable. 25 minutes later I was done.....I left the office and went back to work. The next day I noticed that there was a small area on my abdomen that was slightly tender....it didn't bother me too much.....especially because I knew that I had just had lasers zapping the fat in the area. I am now close to 5 weeks out and I can definitely see a noticeable change in my lower abdomen. My dress shirts fit better and there is much less to pinch. I have even had a few friends ask me if I had lost weight recently....LOVE IT. I have a second treatment schedule in April for my lower abdomen and I am going to also get started on my upper abdomen and flanks. I am officially addicted.

I am unable to have sex without my skin tearing, I have tried creams, and pills none work and I Urinate with every step I take. Mini pads worked a while now it's getting worse, (58yr.old, Hysterectomy several yrs ago.) I have been told this procedure will fix these two issues. Some insurance pays for it. of course mine doesn't not. It is 500$ per treatment and your suppose to have 3 of them six months apart. Updated on 7 Jan 2016: I had the procedure today, no pain , burning or bleeding, Procedure only took a few minutes instructed to wait at least 48 hrs before any sex, It's so new haven't noticed if the incontinence is better yet. Updated on 13 Jan 2016: I have noticed that my pads are still dry after 12hr of being on my feet at work the only time their wet is if I sneeze or cough so that is a huge difference,,I had to change at least twice in 12hrs before and my skin vaginal skin was so irritated, huge difference.I haven't tried the Sex yet, will update later. Updated on 25 Jan 2016: No way else to say it, first time since the first Mona lisa touch tx, It was the same horrible pain, when I went to urinate burned horrible from the irritation of sex. But I didn't notice any blood Now Im afraid it doesn't work along with the expense and the distance I had to drive Im so disappointed. I am going to get a second treatment, I also noticed after sex I started leaking Urine more I had to work 12hrs that night standing on my feet, Updated on 12 Feb 2016: No change I have had intercourse and the skin tearing and bleeding is the same, my second treatment is Feb. 18th.. Updated on 13 Feb 2016: Although the Mona Lisa Touch didn't take on the first treatment like I have already written I will continue with the treatments I do understand everyone one's atrophy is different I still have confidence this will work..thank you to the online physician who answered my question.. Updated on 26 Feb 2016: Ok I have had my second Mona Lisa touch treatment a week ago and had sex to see if it worked, there is still pain but much better I really think the third treatment will fix my 'issue'... after the first one there was no change, so the second is a little better ... Updated on 22 Aug 2016: So I started this Journey Dec of 2015, all treatments are done, because Im a travel nurse I had them done by different Physicians in different states, My leakage of Urine is much better and I can have sex without extreme pain, I still have to use "lube" but no complaints from me I actually had went over a year because of the pain before, I didn't think this worked but two months after the last treatment is when I noticed the difference.
